The Banjo-Kazooie videos are just Jon gushing about how great the outdated shit is. "Do you see how they music changes when you change areas?" Plenty of games did what B&K did, Jon needs to take off the nostalgia goggles.

The way Jon expresses how much he loves the game is a lot more jarring than what Egoraptor did. I'm seeing a lot of people express this view, it's not just be being a prick this time. There's definitely a difference in the way they have expressed great love for games. There's no denying that the Banjo Kazooie episodes are wearing a bit thin, for me at least, I can't quite put my finger on why Jon's overzealous love is more grating than Egos but it just is. It might be the way they're presenting their opinions - ego mentioned he was really humble, and he really does come across this way despite the dick persona he puts on sometimes. Jon doesn't come across as quite so humble - though ego does back him up, you'd never see ego himself call out another channel for sucking, on that channel. Stuff like that. He's a peacekeeper. It's just these kinds of personality things that makes him more endearing to watch. I dunno man. Maybe that's just how I'm feeling about it. Of course, you're all entitled to think what you want about it :)
