I tried watching both screens simultaneously while eating chocolate. Ego's description of getting human feces smeared all over his face did not make it any easier.

Lost it when ego yelled "A DUDES ASSHOLE!"

I died when Ego started ranting while getting torn apart by Jon's RCP90 at 9:30

They could probably change the controls to something more modern, the game becomes a lot better after you change it from default.

Of course they played the best map ever. Holding the "Base" on complex is beautiful.

I'll admit Goldeneye hasn't aged well, but Perfect Dark, which improves on it in every way, is still one of my favourite multiplayer shooters.

If you want Goldeneye with modern controls just play Timesplitters.

I meant going to the options and turning on the control mode where you control your movement with the d-pad or c buttons, and aiming with analog. The default controls are mess, even turok which came out earlier than goldeneye had better controls. I agree though, goldeneye still has aged, but you CAN make the controls a lot better and the game becomes 50 times more easy and fun. Also yeah timesplitters is fucking amazing, but going back to the original goldeneye singleplayer can be fun still. It's hard as fuck, but fun.

As a kid me and my brother used to think it was some kind of archaic co-op mode. He moved, I aimed, he shot, I reloaded. It was years before I realized why they had a two controller setup. It makes the game a lot more playable like you said, but it still feels very awkward.

The goldeneye episode is one of the best in a while in my opinion.

It felt as if Ego was reading an unfinished version of an AVGN script. It was still fucking incredible, tho.

Favorite stuff for me is still Goof Troop - Jeopardy - some of the megaman episodes, then Goldeneye. Maybe if they hadn't talked about fuckin' GENOCIDE for 70% of the episode it'd have been absolutely fucking hilarious.

The lines: "It's a day of remembrance, so we don't let it happen again..... Game Grumps!" and "I have no doubt this is the worst episode of Game Grumps ever; we talk about fucking genocide" both had me laughing my ass off, just the delivery was so funny.

As much as I love James, Ego just basically described a standard AVGN episode.
