This is called "smart game design" and "teaching through gameplay", something that is being used less and less because players with your mentality need to be spoonfed their objectives with markers and a half hour tutorial.

Even the new ones that dont focus on side weapons have money and mp inside them. its a tradition and when people play it, the first thing they do is break EVERYTHING.
