Drug dealers normally start dealing drugs because it's the only way they can make money. A lot of them are addicted in the first place and sell drugs to pay for their own drug habits. Rapists, sadists and pedophiles (the ones who act on their urges) often have legitimate mental disorders, they shouldn't be shunned and terminated, they should be kept away from society while they get the help they need.

Yes someone just murdered a family of 5 and their animals, tortured them for hours, raped the women and painted the walls in blood. Yes they do need help. A bullet in the head.
The death penalty should stay and not be abolished. Why bother even trying to rehabilitate someone who has murdered multiple people usually. It's dumb. They made a choice they know the consequences of that choice well to bad so sad. They deserve it.
