Of course it's cool, it's a 2 year difference and you are well within respectable age tiers at 14 and 16. Then again, at 2 years age tiers wouldn't really matter.

The whole point of under-aged kids being minors is that they (on average) are not old enough to be fully responsible, i.e. they are dumb and will do dumb things. They're kids, they rely on adults to look after them and handle that responsibility they cannot yet take. What the 22 year old guy is doing is taking advantage of someone who doesn't know better.

15 isn't particualrily young. That's the legal age here.
