I'm 99% sure the bandcamp is safe, IIRC GiIva himself said it wasn't a copyright thing but instead a ToS violation (presumably misleading title\thumbnails).

Most stuff missing from the bandcamp were usually the mixups, where it's simply two playing at once, instead of the proper remixes.
