At least gift something, I can guarentee that if you get that gift you'll either stay around to get some more or bolt off with what you've got...

About it being an expansion: Kinda more of a standalone game(don't need RA3 to play it), but it uses all units of RA3 in that game. So yes and no(and no multiplayer, but its free).
And I found out some people pmed me to ask me to gift them l4d2, I should be more clearer next time(If I could gift people L4D2, I would).
anyways, check my post for the account info for a free game(eadm unfortunately).
