Probably ban the one that bought the stuff. That's why we could use alternate account, so no one would actually get banned.

So if I got this right, it goes like this:
You buy a game as a gift.
You gift it to an alternate account and you DON'T collect the gift.
You resend the gift to an other account.
And BOTH ACCOUNT can actually have the game.
Am I right?

Greendead, the idea is that you're buying the game and it's sitting in limbo between an account. There is only one copy per time you bought it.
