I had 3 fan girls once. It was very awkward but not as bad as your fan girl problem.
I would suggest trying to put distance between you and them.. then eventually not talking to them at all. If they keep emailing your girlfriend I'd worry more about what your girlfriend thinks first because you wouldn't want her to actually believe those emails. And honestly if you're in high school and it sounds like you are just wait it out. Hopefully you'll graduate soon or it'll be summer and things will easily be changed.
