I'm sad, my rewatching of season 4 is almost over.
I feel like watching the entire series again, but I have done that before season 4 begun, so it would be kinda like a "waste" of time since there are other shows and stuff I wanna watch

That's the artist's website, it's $24 though at that site, they also have the Breaking Beaker one.

I've been rewatching the series and having my girlfriend watch it for the first time. We just finished the Hermanos episode of season 4. Is it weird that I get this excited over watching someone experience the show for the first time?
No. I constantly try to get people I know to watch good things. It's like giving them a present you bought. You didn't make it, but because of you they receive something awesome. It the same if they like the show/present. You feel good for giving them something they like.
These guy's are a little "deeper" with this show, everything has a reason.
Consider this, what were they doing when you saw the 4 letter word RAGE? Beating the living shit out of each other in a fit of... what... love?... Rage.
I think what everyone in this thread is overlooking is the fact that this show isn't targeting an audience of gamers that all could identify Rage from a clip of gameplay. The fact that he was playing a recent game makes sense, the fact that it's a brutal first person shooter makes sense, and the fact that the game is called Rage functions as a clever nod to the context of the scene that only aforementioned gamers would understand. The title being splashed onto the screen clues people that aren't gamers into the "joke" regarding the title. The title is entirely apt to the context of the scene and it appears to have been written that way. It works perfectly. I have no idea what you guys are complaining about.

Totally agreed on this. To this day, I feel very happy over showing Breaking Bad to my friend (who also ended up going to film school, at Tisch) right after the pilot aired back when we were in high school. He still thanks me for showing it to him and we re-watch a lot of the episodes together (I did the same for him with Dexter, Six Feet Under and The Wire). Same thing goes for my step-dad and my current roommate. Both ended up loving BrBa.
Also guys, there's a HOST of awesome BrBa shirts/sweatshirts over at redbubble. I bought a few, they're awesome. http://www.redbubble.com/explore/breaking+bad
including but not limited to (there are almost 200 designs):

you can make any of them into a sweatshirt/into a different color if desired.
Season 4 spoilers:

Nearly done with Season 4 hnnnnnnnnnnnnng
I just started this only about 20 minutes of work. Such a powerful scene when Jesse Breaks down in Season 4 Ep. 2. Sitting in front of the speaker at the very end of the episode.

So I just got seasons 1-3 on dvd for Christmas. Can anyone tell me what the "bonus adult content?" There's a sticker on the front of the dvd that says it. I don't think my parents would take it back, but they'd probably like to know what is on it.
What could possibly make them take it back? The series is filled with all kinds of explicit gore.

Not gore, sex and nudity.
People blowing up and people killing each for no good reason is okay, but ass and titties is wrong?
How silly.
God bless America

Please tell me you're kidding.

Christian conservative parents. Basically my church in a nutshell. During a superbowl party: call of duty on one flatscreen, while someone monitered the commercials and was ready to to pull the plug in case any provocative ads showed up.

you'll be happy to know the bonus content is a full graphic 30 minute lovemaking scene between Walt and Skyler.

I wish.
Best show I've ever seen, I swear to god. I just wish that I cared enough to bother figuring out all the deeper meanings I notice in some of the episodes

one thing I've always loved is gilligan's costume design. it was one of the things he talked about when he came and spoke to the writing students at my school, back when the show was much younger. he purposefully and delicately chooses the color each character wears, often for foreshadowing purposes or to denote a shift in their character. in general, the show has very intricate writing, with surprising attention to visual details and not just intelligent dialogue.

Walter's color palette reminds me of Luke Skywalker's, going form cool, light colors/white to dark colors or even straight up black.
I guess Walt's pink sweater applies to his mood as well, I hadn't thought about the character's mood in relation to their costume design before, that's pretty sweet actually.
