I'm a bit confused about something from season 3.
First off [sp]Jesse uses his $400,000 to buy his aunts house back. Saul said that he could wire his parents the money in cash. Wouldn't there be a huge IRS investigation as to where this guy pulled $400,000 out of his ass? It's a major plot point that Walt can't seem to spend any of his cash, and yet Jesse can do whatever the hell he wants?[/sp]
Also [sp]Why the hell does the house change completely? I know the owner of the house (In real life) sold it and they wern't allowed to film there anymore. So they used the renovation as a point to show why it looks different. But now instead of a small front yard with a giant gate and drive way, it's suddenly appeared on a corner block and is about 3 times larger. You'd think they'd find a place that was at least sort of similar. Unless the driveway is out the back and we were constantly shown them entering from there in the first two seasons.[/sp]
The driveway is kind of on the side. I don't think the house has changed, there's just no reason to show that side of the house, since the RV isn't parked there.

I'm surprised they didn't just rebuild the exterior on a soundstage as well as some of the interiors.
And this scene:

It was so good. It had me so damn hyped and it was constructed perfectly.
I just finished watching all four seasons again and even though I knew what was going to happen, that scene affected me this time around, it was so well done. I appreciate season four way more, I really like what they did with Hank and Walt, he's so close. I know it looks like it's all over but I think Hank is going to catch another lead and follow the trail right to Walt in the end.

I thought the reason the house was different (story wise) was because [sp]he bought his parents house, rather than buying his aunts house back? His parents were moving out when Jesse turned up and revealed he was the buyer? Though I could be wrong on this[/sp]

[sp] No, Jesse bought his aunt's house. His parents were trying to sell it and didn't expect him to be the one buying (they thought he was suppose to be a poor, burned out druggy)[/sp]
Just finished S2E6, the scenes with the kid were so sad :C

[sp]I'm like 100% positive that the house Jesse was living in before, where he cooked meth in the basement, was his Aunt's house. His Aunt didn't leave it to him, but he stayed there anyway. Then his parents were selling their own house and he ended up buying it.[/sp]

jeimizu made a good point. http://g.co/maps/7qrqj
You can see a driveway on the side of the house, which actually resembles the first house quite well. They just don't show it.
However my first point i'm still a bit confused about. [sp]How did Jesse buy his house, with cash, and not have any problems with the IRS? Walt is using the story of his gambling in order to buy the car wash (That's where i'm up to), basically so there is no suspicion.[/sp]

I'm so confused. [sp]I just know the first place he lived, season 1-2, was his Aunt's house. Until he bought the other house from his parents. The IRS thing is weird to me too. Also, yeah, Walt's story is something I could believe.[/sp]

I hope he does, because knowing the writers and actors they'll be able to pull it off perfectly.

isn't that what i was pretty much saying (minus smaller details)

[sp]You said Jesse bought his Aunt' house, he didn't, he bought his parents house. His Aunt's house was the shitty one.[/sp]

[sp] Uh... are you sure about that? Because it looks nothing like the house he was in when he stayed with his parents for a few days. In fact, it looks pretty much the same as his aunt's house. I remember something along the lines of him having Saul mention the meth lab going unreported when he was discussing the property with his parents and their lawyer and how they used that to buy the house at a much lower price. So I guess that means they finished writing it?
Although I think they've been making it up as they go along since season 3
So my mom gave me a question we came into confusion with.
Did Walt let [sp]that girl die when she was puking on heroin or was she OD'ing and there was nothing he could do?[/sp]
