I agree. I mean I cringed slightly but I wasn't heavily disgusted by it. It really caught me off guard but thats what made it good.

I know what it means, and I consider that a cliffhanger. They don't neatly wrap everything up with a ribbon and call it a season, we're left hanging, just dying for more, with a highly probable outcome but still somewhat uncertain. Not a cliffhanger in the strictest sense of the word.
