Exactly that!

Finally finished Season 3. Wow.
I posted it on the last thread but it needs to be posted again.

I'm trying to get more people to watch it (like my boss) but no one seems interested. When I told my boss about it, we were discussing Dexter at the time, and I gave a quick run down off the plot, Walt's predicament, etc., to which he replied "That doesn't sound like a very appealing show. Let's sell drugs to the kiddies! See, with Dexter you can relate, you want to kill those people too." Ooookay, psycho.

Its pretty much like Dexter, how he has to hide it from his family and stuff, tell them that
I think Dexter as a concept is more interesting, but Breaking Bad's writing is much better than what Dexter's has been recently.
Bah, since Season 4 is starting later in the summer, Bryan can't win a fourth consecutive emmy.
This show has got to be one of the most badass series ever.
Damn I liked the Tuco character and Gus' two trusted employees who never talked.
It was so fucking badass when [sp]Heisenberg executed the other of the two.[/sp] I was like "WHOA SHIT"
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
Also "Heisenberg just wants to... relaaaaaaax" :v:
Oh hey, this thread is active again?
Sweet, new season starts soon anyway.
-snip-
you struck me as an unintelligent viewer, no offense..

If he isn't interested in a cancer-stricken highschool chemistry teacher who turns to meth manufacturing in order to leave behind money for his family (one of the most interesting concepts for a show I've ever seen), then I don't think there's much else I can tell him.
Almost all my friends started watching it now. It's fun to talk about to talk about it then.
4th season is taking so long to start that I'll have to watch the 3rd one again before the new one starts so I remember what was going on.
I mean, I only remember the ending, for obvious reasons!
Me and Sarah finished watching season 3 on Sunday. Cannot wait to find out what happens in the next season.
That guy, the chicken place guy.. Could never pin him down. Never knew whether he was a good or bad guy - even when he went to talk to Gail.
You mean "Gus", the mastermind behind taking over the drug trade.. or rather creating his own drugtrade inside the US borders so he didn't need help from the Mexican cartel anymore, or the "Salamanca" family. So the Mr. Fring aka "Gus" is not a bad guy, but he is running a business.
Anyway, I believe Gus has to die as well. Gus wants Mr. Pinkman stone cold dead, but Walter thinks he's got leverage over the situation because there are no reliable cooks available other than these two major fuck-ups :v: Next season start is gonna be interesting
You're right. He is a good guy really. Walter and Jessie have kind of fucked him around a lot and he hasn't really got a choice.
Business means bodies, especially if fried chicken isn't the main product you deal with.
They all got their principles. Gus won't make the same mistake twice, Mike won't make any half-measures whereas Heisenberg won't give up his partner nor is he ever going to the DEA.
Dat shiny axe

do want.
i agree with garry as well. gus gave them shitloads of chances and all jesse did was spit in his face based on his dumb principles. what principles jesse? you cook meth, you just shot a completely innocent guy in the face (who i kinda liked by the way)

Yeah, Jesse is a complete fuck up, I can't stand him except in this situation he and Walt are in together.

He fucks up a lot but I can't help feel for him because I've felt the same way about situations I've been in.
He reminds me too much of my step-brother to feel for him. He's given opportunity after opportunity and he consistently fucks up.
I kinda like Jesse.
His intentions are usually noble, he's just really poor at making decisions
