Walt hooks up with him through Saul in Season 2, since he (Walt) needs to unload like 10 pounds of Crystal Meth (I think it's 10 pounds, the total value was approximately 1 Million Dollars). Yeah, [sp]I'm sure it was so that he could scare Jesse out of his drug habits, it worked, but as a side effect, it is now his fault all those people are dead.

No Pollos is the codename that Gus gives people to meet with him. He's basically saying, "Meet me at Los Pollos Hermanos." It's the chain he owns, and he's basically telling them to meet him there in one simple word. Walt has received the same text in earlier episodes in Season 2 when he first got in business with Gus.

If you do notice all the main characters who have been somewhat pure so far have been wearing those ribbons. Another fun thing you can notice is that Jesse is no longer wearing thug clothes with crazy designs.
