The assassins are cousins of Tuco not Tortuga. They killed him because he was an informant for the DEA.

In the episode where they were held hostage in Tuco's hideout, he was going through Walt and Jesse's pockets and found that Walt's name wasn't Heisenberg but is actually Walter White and Tuco asked him about that to which Walt replies that it's a pseudo-name. Don Salamanca, (The Uncle) was in the room with them too.

Finally caught up. I used to like skyler, but now after I.F.T I don't. I like Jessie's look of being clean and sober at least. 3 episodes now and Walt hasn't cooked shit yet. I fucking hate waiting for a week.
