walt's speech on how random it was to meet jane's dad in the night jane died is meaningless, since it wasn't a coincidence that jane died that same night, she died BECAUSE walt was at the same bar as her dad
She would have died had Walt not been there at all.
walt shaking jesse caused her to be on her back so it's debatable
Just started watching season one. Very awesome series.
I'm surprised this hasn't been asked yet. What was your favorite episode? I think mine was Bug, I think my mouth was hanging open throughout the final scene [sp]the fight[/sp]
my favourite was either bug or problem dog
Might be late on this, not sure. So I got a little bored and decided to check out the AMC website and found the Breaking Bad graphic novel game they always advertise. I ran across this amazing portrait of Jesse: [editline]24th October 2011[/editline] Most dialogue so far is shiz, yo, and k. Also Jesse calls a guy a buttmunch. Definitely trumps the actual show's writing.
I fear that posting this will jynx it or whatever but a thought that terrifies me is that what happens if a major cast/crew member dies or something from here to next year and the series just ends without having a new season. Sure, it would've been worse if that happened after season 3's cliffhanger, but still. And of course, it would suck if one of them died regardless of them being part of the show, since they're an amazing team,, and a wonderful group of people and whatnot.

I'm most interested about [sp]the return of Mike and his reaction plus the whole Walt possibly nearly killed that kid thing[/sp]
Did anybody else see the blue meth in Murrel's drug stash on the "Bloodletting" episode of The Walking Dead? Now I'm not 100% sure but his brother said he had ice in the bag and it looked exactly like Walt's blue. Cool little easter egg. Stop saying such horrible things....
Oh, didn't read that properly. That'd be horrible, especially if it was Bryan Cranston.

He was supposed to be the guy that Tuco beat to death. Also, I met Bryan Cranston! My roommate (also a film student) snapped this pic of me shaking his hand. He said quite a few things that I considered to be pretty profound. I thought he was incredibly well spoken and a highly intelligent person. He also loves writers, which is awesome because I'm a screenwriting student at USC (which is where I met him, obviously). He says he'd do anything, regardless of budget, if he fell in love with the writing. Fuck yeah Bryan Cranston. Words cannot describe how incredible/rewarding it was to see my favorite actor on television after watching Breaking Bad from the very first episode at the original time it aired. I actually made the first Breaking Bad thread on FP ages ago :p Basically, he's a god.
Thats awesome, he seems like a cool guy. I was thinking about going to USC:CSA. How is it, was it easy to get into?
Bryan Cranston is basically the definition of fucking awesome I love him so much, he inspired me to actually work in science.
Bryan Cranston is basically the definition of fucking awesome I love him so much, he inspired me to actually work in science.
You should watch Numb3rs and then do well in math too.
Maybe i should. What's it about? ps. fuck google
Also Bryan Cranston is funny as fuck, just watch some of his interviews on the big shows. Conan, Letterman... He's brilliant on those.
No, I meant one of them dying in real life which would lead to the series being cancelled
uh, that can happen in any series at anytime but thats not something you should constantly be thinking of, cos theres no way of preventing it or w.e Michael C Hall got cancer and was unable to act as Dexter but got over it and got back on track, which is an example of what you are saying for whatever its worth.
Spartacus. :(
Spartacus. :(
and getting new actors here simply won't work
Michael C Hall got cancer and was unable to act as Dexter but got over it and got back on track
And the show is shit. He should have turned to cooking meth for a living.

Always found it weird how he's never been anything big until now.
And yet he excels so much. I bet anybody who passed him up in the past is slamming their heads into a wall now.
can you see my new avatar? :3
And yet he excels so much. I bet anybody who passed him up in the past is slamming their heads into a wall now.
Funny how the thoughtless video reassembles that. Once breaking bad is over, I bet we'll see much of him. [editline]28th October 2011[/editline] I like how the first season can be seen as a sort of prologue, since it's only 7 episodes long and the finale isn't too shocking, it serves like a warning to both Walt and Jesse as the camara pans out "ok, you guys are fucked from here on in". If the whole series was one movie...or well, one huge episode, that's when the title would appear, right after season 1's finale.
