Dang. My heart stopped doing that after about the 5th time I smoked. Hasn't really happened since.
I get it nearly every time but i have learnt to deal with it now so its not to bad.

Also I used to get anxiety attacks, But if you feel it coming on just say in your head "What could this possibly fucking do?" Make you feel uncomfortable thats it. Then it flies away :)
