the western cattle only make up 15% of the emissions though because there are less of them

it's only got half an udder this is freaking me out
Carbon flux is the net difference between carbon removal and carbon addition to a system (we're discussing CARBON dioxide and carbon-based methane after all). For the atmosphere this refers to carbon removed by plant growth, mineralisation and dissolving the ocean while it is added through plant respiration, fossil-fuel burning and volcanic activity.
Yet again, I've gotta stop and educate you so you can read a fucking graph.
I have seen no proof that Global warming is unnatural and man-made.

What would you consider proof?
I have seen no proof that Global warming is unnatural and man-made.
well generally scientists don't publish research findings in internet nerds' colons (i'm saying ur heads up ur ass [pull it out {what comes after brackets}])

none of that shows the variation between deforestation and emissions
that is what we are discussing.
You are so bad at this.

Back in my day, people cared about getting jobs, not about some crazy story that says everything will melt and kill us! Course, back then we didn't have cars.
Global warming doesnt exist! There no evidence!

What the fuck is this fucking shit.
No they do not. It's a completely different bacterial family. Ever wonder why shit smells like shit and not like grass?
I think we've established that the world will correct itself naturally if we pump too much bad shit into the atmosphere. That, however, doesn't stop humans from being survivalists by nature. Reversing the "damage" WE'VE caused isn't completely pointless.
I don't believe that the USA came up with the idea of Global Warming in order to keep their dominance on the oil industry. Why would they do that? Trace nearly all the oil pipelines across the globe, and at some point they lead to the US. There are very few who DON'T supply to the US at some point. Since the US is one of the biggest consumers (last time I checked it was the biggest) of oil, a lot of countries benefit from the US's ECONOMICAL input into their oil industries. If they were to try and weaken international industry by coming up with the global warming theory, they'd start getting less oil for more of a cost... the US can't really keep dominance in volatile places, and then countries like Russia are like "hey fuck you stay away from the Caspian sea, bitch". (And then Britain comes in and is like "hey yo can we park here" and all the other countries are like "yeah that's cool with us BP")
Basically: if the US wanted to get dominance over international oil reserves (and not just buy a fuckton of it), they'd have to do a lot more than concoct a controversial environmental theory.
No, the US's policy on oil usually revolves around wars.
What I've noticed is the opposite of what OP is saying. All the people who are anti- global-warming (the ones who don't believe in it) are either government-backed scientists or part of big corporations. It's only recently, in the last few years that other big corporations have realised that they can benefit from playing the "green card"... and the global warming theory has been around in its current revision, since the 80's.
If the US really did fuck up the European energy industry by persuading everyone to use their "clean" oil... they never did a good job, because a lot of European countries (namely Germany and France) are going nuclear, and some places are benefitting really well from renewables (Danish countries produce roughly half of the world's wind turbines, as well as having 25% of their energy come from wind power).

Actually... I think there might be a lot of the same bacteria, but in cowshit it's much more prominent (plus yeah you've got all the cow bacteria). If you have a lot of plant waste and you let it compost in a confined space for several months, when it's turned into fertile soil it may as well be cowshit because it smells fucking rank ;p
Plus you can create gas from compost and cow manure alike when you put it through an Anaerobic Digester.
Global Warming is a lie. Of course no one believes this, but at least I can live comfortably knowing that I'm not irrational and blinded by lies coming from politicians that are full of shit.

i dont know about you guys but my degree in media studies makes me far more qualified than these so called 'scientists'. you cant spell 'enviromental science' without 'nonsence'

Yeah man, and fuck those politicians who want to incorporate a taxing system for "carbon credits" so they can make money from something we don't actually affect!

Never been to a farm eh? Cow shit smells like compost. Calf shit smells like shit but they're on a milk diet rather than grass. No bacteria in their digestive tracts yet either.

Hey, how about, instead of being an unhelpful douche, you point out the mistakes I've made, since I'm studying the Geopolitics of oil as a quarter of my A Level, and getting good marks for it. Until you point out my mistakes you're just as uninformed as I.
Hey guise... duknow if u get a dog to fart.. IT STINKS?
awesum rite?

No bacteria in a digestive tract?
You have no idea what you are talking about. A cow releases gases due to bacteria and enzymes which cannot live in nature.
Cool story bro.
get out of here with your dumb meme shit
go back to 4chan and post loliconcats or whatever the hell it is you people do there
No bacteria in a digestive tract?
Yeap. They're not born with bacteria in their gut (how the fuck could they get in there? You expect the fetus to just 'create' them somehow?).
You have no idea what you are talking about.
You're a 3rd grader. Your little opinions don't matter yet. Sorry.
A cow releases gases due to bacteria and enzymes
Wrong. Cows don't have enzymes that can break down cellulose.
Animals such as termites and herbivores such as cows, koalas, and horses all digest cellulose, but even these animals do not themselves have an enzyme that digests this material. Instead, these animals harbor microbes that can digest cellulose.

which cannot live in nature.
Wrong again. Sorry dude, these bacteria are all over.
Prevotella sp. are among the most numerous microbes culturable from the rumen and hind gut of cattle... They are also present in humans, where they can be opportunistic pathogens. ...About twenty identified species of Prevotella are known to cause infection, including Prevotella dentalis, which was previously known as Mitsuokella dentalis. Prevotella species cause infections such as abscesses, bacteraemia, wound infection, bite infections, genital tract infections, and periodontitis (Pavillion). Specific infections caused by Prevotella include the disease of tissues surrounding an individuals teeth (see photo at right) and of the supporting tooth and gingivitis (TIGR). Symptoms of Prevotella infections can include pain, swelling, and in some cases a "wet" canal (Gomes).
I have a question at least.
I hear a lot of talk about methane being a problem because it's such a powerful greenhouse gas, but as far as I'm aware, it reacts with oxygen under sunlight and turns into water and carbon dioxide relatively quickly. Can anybody elaborate on this?

Thanks for answering your own question.
Thanks for answering your own question.
Are you just retarded or a troll?
It's got an approximate half-life of 7 years out in the atmosphere. Some scientists say it's too heavy to make it up into the upper atmosphere as methane so it can't do anything to accelerate global warming (until it decays).
Yeah dude.. Lotta trolls in here.
