YouTube raises timelimit to 15 minutes for ALL users - General

With a realtime comment system similar to what nicovideo.jp has (comments scrolling along the video while it plays) youtube comments could be much improved in a few ways: 1. No trolling specific users and typing out long messages 2. No repetitively quoting segments from the video in the comments 3. User subtitles, real-time lyrics and such 4. Song names, labels 5. Jokes, fake subtitles, and other miscellaneous humor As such a realtime comment system makes a sort of internet laugh track instead of trolls trolling trolls trolling trolls out of the comments as well as helping with lyrics, labels, song names and the like - easily a superior system to youtube's comment system. Also, you can always just turn it off and just watch the video.

By the way. I have an old account to which I forgot my PW. Now every time I try to recover the PW, it says that it doesn't know the [email]user@gmail.com[/email] How do I get my PW?

It's nice they increased the time you can have in your videos, but in typical YouTube fashion, they made one thing better, and and made one thing so bad that it cancels out what they did that was good. I am talking about the Subcription and Favorites bar that pops up at the bottom every time you move your mouse down there. It also sets Autoplay on by default.

This changes nothing, possibly easier on bums who upload movies on it
