And Josh don't be one of those retards who drives round in a hoodie.
Haha, no worries there. I hate hoody riders.
Psygo it doesn't really matter though.
no... I just want to be right.
also I drive around in a hoodie... :frown:
By the way OP I can ride both of the bikes you posted now if I had insurance. :buddy:
I am getting a motorcycle which can go 60 on a straight.
I am getting an MX50 which means it is a 50 cc.

they're 50cc's, look at the names.
[editline]05:35PM[/editline]
then it is illegal.
Fair points. I never knew they did a superbike-looking 50cc, hence my word of warning.
Haha, no worries there. I hate hoody riders.
+5 respect earned!

Do you have a full license? I would not mind a croggy on one :v:
What's wrong with people who drive in hoodies? :0
Get the MX50. Having a superbike-looking 50cc seems pretty stupid.
What's wrong with people who drive in hoodies? :0
They look like they are going to do a hit and run.
Get the MX50. Having a superbike-looking 50cc seems pretty stupid.
Yeah I know what you mean.
Do you have a full license? I would not mind a croggy on one :v:
Nah I'm still on a provisional, but I'm 19 so I can ride 125cc bikes too.
I have a friend on a full licence though, and loads of my friends have bikes too.
And an interesting fact: all bikes are actually 1cc less than stated a 50cc is actually 49cc, if it was 50cc it would be in the next catagory.

Plus they make us other bikers look reckless. :frown:
I did my CBT when i was 17, it wasn't hard and everyone in my class passed. but since you are 16 you can only do your CBT on a 50cc bike and then on a 125cc when you are 17, But until you do it on a 125cc you won't be able to ride anything but a 50cc. Also make sure to do the CBT on a bike with gears. If you do it on a bike without gears, you won't legally be allowed to use a bike on the roads that has gears.

Oh really? That is actually an interesting fact you got thar. I will have to tell my dad he was lying to me then.
But if that superbike thing is what you want go for it :v:

Actually wrong, if you pass your full test on a automatic you're forced to ride an auto, but on a cbt you're still allowed to drive a manual.
Yeah, get the enduro, it's more comfortable and practial

Thanks for the info, I was hoping it would not be hard. Is it just the simple drive through the cones and drive on the line sort of thing?

Basic handling, U turn, figure of eight without stopping, emergency stop and 2 hours safe driving.
Wait until you're 17 and get an RS125. With some work they can do 140mph on the straight and are seriously fun in the twisties.
If you really can't wait until then just get a scooter.

Do you think I need practice before doing the CBT?
Actually wrong, if you pass your full test on a automatic you're forced to ride an auto, but on a cbt you're still allowed to drive a manual.
Oh ok then. Remember though that the CBT only lasts 2 years, you'll have to sit it again in 2 years if you haven't sat a full licence test yet.
They look like they are going to do a hit and run.
ah... I usually have a helmet on too so I'd think it's ok?
Do you think I need practice before doing the CBT?
To be honest I'd just read the highway code and memorize it.
Do you think I need practice before doing the CBT?
Yes.
50cc?
You should wait and get at least 125. A man has to move faster than those machines.
To be honest I'd just read the highway code and memorize it.
Okay, I will search that up.
@Cosmic duck: I will probably just go around my local area and try U-turns and stuff then.
Also don't worry if you don't pass your CBT first time, some places will let you retake it for the cost of insurance/hiring a bike.

When you go to do the CBT be calm, I was really nervous and fucked up.

There is 2 local places, one of them is usually always full and one hardly ever has any bikes for me to use. I could always travel further though.
I am kind of nervous thinking about it now :O

You could always ask the place you're taking the cbt with what routes they take, then walk/get your dad to drive you round it if you don't know the area well.
You don't need practise for CBT unless you have no balance at all.
The CBT was made for people who have never ridden a motorcycle before.

That is a good plan, I might actually do that!
