Open with John Cage's 4'33''.
This. Definitely this.
Play songs you like to listen to.
Or Sultans of Swing by the Dire Straits. Your choice.
Played that, nice fun track, everyone in the band has a bit of creative freedom to mess around with and the vocals aren't too straining (We had Bass, Lead, Rhythm, Drummer, Keyboard)
We do play that, it's our best song. Also link me to the video of the HAARP. I play my own solo for it.
3:15
"Never Enough" by Dream Theater has a heavy influence from Muse.
This. Do it.

Hung in a bad place (Oasis) Hey Hey My My (Neil Young) Been there all the time (Dinosaur Jr.)
rock and roll will never die [editline]09:40PM[/editline] [editline]09:41PM[/editline] not all of them, just do one they aren't exactly obscure, but if you're a teenager it will be fresh enough for the meat of the crowd
Play Delivering The Groceries At 138 Beats Per Minute
Open with John Cage's 4'33''.
Clever idea, but you'd probably get heaps of walk outs before the song's over
Rock the casbah
yes
Electric Funeral by Black Sabbath or maybe Be Quick Or Be Dead by Iron Maiden. Great songs that nobody knows in my area.
3:15
I need a tab I don't know which notes they are to give the hammer-on effect.
play Bass Communion - Pacific Codex
The Resistance by Muse got leaked, you could play some of their new stuff before people know of it http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=DCEB4A0052094E15 [editline]11:16PM[/editline] Unnatural Selection could be cool
"Never Enough" by Dream Theater has a heavy influence from Muse. And for something interesting the OP can do, get a popular song and play it with a different genre from the original. Like a punky Living on a Prayer. It's sure to make people laugh.

If your a fan of Nirvana you might like this. Sticky Filth - Weep Woman Weep I'm far to much of a lurker to post video as i don't know how.
Play some Rush.
