I think he's trying to tell that most of the male islamic teen immigrants in scandinavia are assholes, and I completely agree with him from what I've experienced
I've met a few who aren't of course, but most of those grew up here in Norway. Literally every time I see those around 15 years old they're always trying to be cool and act wanna be gangster. Some of them come to Norway to tell us how shit our country are and how their country is a lot better, which makes you wonder. Anyway, I just remember them teaming up walking around in school picking on people while showing off whatever culture they're from.
Grouping with people who come from your own culture is fine, but it doesn't have to be all aggressive and hating on everyone else, when they're not even aggressive. My mom and my mom's family are all muslims, and they and their friends are friendly, but some people can think they're aggressive cause of the loud talking.
I think it has to do with being a teen and trying to fit in, which I know can be hard when the culture difference is very high. I haven't seen any adults that act retarded like this.
happens to all kids pretty much, it's just that it happens more often with teen middle easterns here in scandinavia from what I've gathered

the simple fact is most people purely view the issue on the surface, identify islam, and carry it as if it's some solution to say it's "harmful", which is extremely frustrating to people who want to understand the actual issue
