Girls give horrible advice because they tend to live in movie fantasy land. When a guy gives a different girl a note/confesses his love or whatever, it's the cutest thing in the world. When it happens to them, it's creepy as fuck.
it usually because the guy himself is ugly as fuck?
He doesn't even have to be ugly, he just has to not be Brad Pitt.
so brad pitt + creepiness = cute
according to this equation un-creepy cute = brad pitt
thus anyone who can be cute without being creepy is brad pitt

Amazing logic there.
What do I do if the girl says yes when I ask her out? Walk away and say "ok"?
You know what I find kinda strange, I was talking to my friend (who just so happens to be a girl (congratulations) ) and she pretty much (wut? That phrase makes no sense) the exact opposite of this thread (except for asking people out in person, and "breaks")
You know what I find kinda strange, I was talking to my friend (who just so happens to be a girl) and she had no idea what "friendzone" even meant. It might be because she was home-schooled, but who knows?
What do I do if the girl says yes when I ask her out? Walk away and say "ok"?
If it's a girl you don't see around/hang out with, you exchange information and say, "I'll see you [whatever day here] then," smile, and walk away.
If it's a girl you actually know, you just keep talking or something like that. If you're not in a position to hang around, you just say something along the lines of "I'll see you later."
It really isn't rocket science.
sooo
there's this girl that likes me
i could easily be with her and have my first girlfriend
im not attracted to her, i was, the first time i saw her, but not anymore
what do
Don't ask her out?
:raise:

Can't I make her understand that I don't want to be with her?
Say it to her?
Can't I make her understand that I don't want to be with her?
Oh my lord.
Just sack up and tell her you're not interested, if it's so important.

I should write a list of the things she said :v
I always find myself being myself with girls I don't feel any particular desire to be with. Seems that once I "decide" on a girl, so to speak, I end up being some concocted, boring version of myself. I guess I should get to know people, then decide to go after them or not, rather than vice-versa. The worst part is, I'm consciously aware that I'm behaving differently, but when I try to remember what my natural behavior feels like, I draw a blank. It's like the charisma switch gets locked in the off position and I've got no way to unlock it until later.
Maybe I suffer from mild schizophrenia?

Why would you do that? I was serious, she (my friend) didn't understand the term.
I am more curious, why did you take the time to point out that this friend of yours is a girl (almost as if it was an achievement).
I retract my statements about what to do after a girl says yes and everything. All you have to say is:
"I should go."

I used that line earlier today and felt like a badass.
Even better if you say that right before speeding off in a sports car
Pure badass.
I try to sneak in Shepard lines whenever possible.
One of my all-time favorites is, "Are you naturally this bitchy, or is it just me?"
Last year a professor called on me to answer a question when I wasn't paying attention, and I responded like Shepard does here:

The professor went "Um, what?" while I just shrugged and smiled. For whatever reason, I only have the ability to spit Shepard quotes when I'm wearing my N7 hoodie. It's like it gives me magic space pimp abilities.
Okay so, looking out for friends here (honest!) :p.
Girl went out with a guy for two months, he broke up with her. (This was last year, pre-october). She started dating another guy (who she's still with), and he went off somewhere. Word is he was dating another girl. Suddenly 2 weeks ago he emails her again and confesses his love to her blah blah, she emails him back and forth a couple times.
To me it seems like he's trying to use her as a rebound, my guess being that this other girl and him are no longer together so he's trying to get back with the girl he broke up with, thinking she still likes him.
I don't know if she actually likes him. She says she wants to just be friends, but that she wants to randomly drop by his house and talk to him thinking that she can get a straighter answer from him by talking to him than email.
I think it's all bad news. I think she should just ignore him, not randomly show up at his house, not email him back, not chat with him etc. She has a boyfriend and a perfectly good relationship.
I think it's a bit of a game see's game, eg; guys can see when other guys are trying to play a girl, and it looks just like that. She just doesn't seem to get this.

My girlfriend recently broke up with me because she said she wasn't ready for a relationship, and she did it in such a cheap way through Tex messaging, what happened to the gentleman like days damn technology I say.

But I can't stop thinking about her.

Technology is definitely the bad guy here. I'm sure of it.

Yeah dude, I hope you can rebound from this OK.
Invited a girl round to watch a DVD tomorrow, things are going well and we've been about a few times before, nothings happened so far but what/how should I get things started, it seems a bit awkward to just turn round and say "Hey, want to kiss me?"
