Words are cheap.
Kids need to learn how to listen to the other person's actions, not their words. A girl could tell you she really cares for you and whatnot, but if she's a gigantic bitch to you, it's clear her words are empty. Suckering in for the tradition sob story girls toss out is ridiculous.
Yeah the problem is I know how she is in a real life. She's not a person that will hang on to another just because she feels sorry for them. She's quite selfish at times, and I believe that she really means it this time. In fact, I remember how she has told me that she never said even ''sorry'' to her last boyfriend - it's weird how much she has changed her primary virtues and ideas for me.

But yeah, I'm a dumbass.
You should only judge someone on their actions.
Just remember, the game is different every time you play. Sometimes, it's a good game. Beautiful views, relaxing scenery. Sometimes you fall in lava and go up in flames. Just remember, when you dig, dig slow and carefully. Don't go too fast or you'll fall into a lava pit and probably die. And most importanly:
When you die, you feel like you lost everything. But you really didn't. You can get all those things back with a little time and effort. It's the effort that counts, though. The game won't play itself.
My friend and I were talking about Minecraft and he started going on a monologue which I quoted above. I reread what he said and realized that he was making an analogy to relationships. The only tip that gave away that it was even about relationships was that earlier than that discussion, he had told me about how his current relationship is going down the shitter. Either he was intentionally making an analogy or I'm reading way too deeply into things.
Just felt like leaving this here.

I prefer spherical ones.

I can tell by your avatar.
That's pretty deep...
...below the ground.
this isn't really related to any thing relationship/girl/infatuation wise.
but am I the only one here who gets annoyed when someone forgets they're texting you and stop texting mid conversation?
like really? how fucking stupid do you have to be to forget you're talking to someone.

Happens way too often to me, gets really fucking annoying :/
Talked to the girl I'd sent weird messages to today (if you ask for the story one more time, I swear I'll throttle you). Charmed the fuck out of her.
what weird messages
throttle
ms. robinson you're trying to seduce me, aren't you?

The only reason I forget is because I am distracted with a secondary action.
Like, doing homework.
It is hard to remember with distractions.

That would be me. Having conversations via text messages annoys the living fuck out of me as it draaags what would normally be a few minutes of dialogue into an hour+ long, constant distraction filled chore. So I just end it when there is a bit of a pause in thought/convo.
Though some people have actually noticed enough to tell me something about it, I don't care. It feels too weird to officially end messaging with a "bye" or "talk to you later" when I'm not legitimately busy. I stopped messaging you. It means I don't want to keel up this snail paced conversation all fucking day. Take the hint already
what weird messages
I second this.
[editline]28th March 2011[/editline]
I want to know how you charmed the fuck out of someone with weird messages too...
Fuck getting a GF at the moment, too much work to do and too many gigs/parties to go to
Fuck getting a GF untill they can be engineered to be self-sufficient and require no effort to hold on to.

Working on it. :science:
My last gf partly broke up with me because I didn't text her enough. Well that's what she said anyway heh

Give her another phone number and hook that number to Skype, then write an application that allows you to hook Skype to a chatbot of your choice.
At least that's what I'd do, then once in a while I would snatch her phone and message my alter me bot to get a conversation rolling, deleting the original message I sent.
On second though it'd dump her though
Right. I am going to try and get a girlfriend. It will fail miserably, but I'll ask out this girl I know.
Wish me luck!
...
Erm... good luck? Have a cookie for your troubles.

At least you're nutting up about it. Wishing you success.
So, quick question before I nut the shit up and ask this girl out. Is it rude not to take a girl out to dinner after going to see a movie?
No. Nothing says dinner and movies have to be paired together.

Okie dokie.
