My girlfriend of 2+ years hasn't made ANY time for me these past 2 weeks(I was driving home from dinner and called her and asked if I could stop by her dorm and say hi, but she simply said "no"). My dad keeps telling me I should find a new girlfriend and I'm starting to believe him. Tommorow my girlfriend and I are going to her parent's house to hang out and if she acts like the jerk she's been then I'm gonna dump her ass and find someone who will actually spend time with me. Hopefully it'll humble her and she'll realise that a relationship goes both ways. She gets bitchy like this whenever she's stressed(she's had a lot of tests that week) but that shouldnt give her an excuse to be moody all the damn time and never want to see me. She used to be such a nice girl, especially when we were in highschool. Frickin' women, can't figure em out. Edit: and no she isn't cheating on me.
have you actually tried talking shit out with her?
have you actually tried talking shit out with her?
Whenever I do she goes into typical woman mode. I hear her out, she says "I need to study so I can't see you this week OR THIS WEEKEND" and so I give her the space and time shes needs, but I mean cmon man its been two weeks.

Sometimes school will come down on you hard and you have to put aside 2-3 weeks to study etc etc.
oh okay bro. thats a LITTLE creepy you know that much about me. seeing ive not posted about my religious living quarters in a long, long, long time.
Only as long as the custom forums been gone.

Yeah pretty much, she's been busy. I've had my half yearly exams this week and I'm still in high school, and even I'm feeling pretty stressed and have definitely been busy for the last ~2 weeks. Just give her some time and worry about yourself instead. She's stressed right now enough, the last thing she needs is an annoying boyfriend who misses her too much, or even worse a break-up. You're her boyfriend, for two years apparently, you should know her well enough by now to know that this is just a slight stressful period for her, so just be supportive and patient.
I am tired of being single. I am not single cause im some weirdo or ill-confident kid. but mainly cause i don't have any classes with anyone i would want to really go out with. +the people in m area are not the most desirable. solutions?
Story of my life. Added to that, something about my graduating class makes them all hideously unattractive, so I like older girls, and I go to an IB school so social ineptitude is the norm.

Every single satisfying thing and relationship I've had so far in my entire life, has been from women I didn't meet in school or something of that matter. Friends, and out of no where, go be social and you'll know when you find a keeper. It's kind of funny how I know a girl will last if I ask her out within the first few hours of meeting her rather then knowing her for a year or so.

Well, I finally took the virginity of the girl I've been dating and I didn't exactly put up an amazing performance, haha. A few weeks of no sexual activity, complete sobriety, and a pretty damn tight vagoo (I had been working it looser with my fingers this whole time, could barely get one in there at first) threw me off my rocker pretty good. Afterward I was cracking jokes with her about getting my sea legs back and whatnot and she was cool with it. Crisis averted, just gotta get some alcohol in my system for next time, haha.
oh maverick you dog you
eh I only got two years left, maybe ill get paired in a class with some decent people next year or the year after that; or just wait till college I guess.
Just do things that are completely out of the way for you. Like, I had a car for the last 2 years of my high school and I had a pass that let me parked on campus, but I still took public transit because there was always an assortment of people on board. If your luck with classes suck, then fabricate your own luck.
one finger sure it was legal
I did it, after so many years I asked her out. At the end of school today I went up to her and asker if she wanted to do something tomorrow, she asked me which day that was, I said saturday, and she said that she couldn't because she had some kind of recruitment thing and we left it there. It's over, now I've done it, I was rejected, I'm not sad about it, it just feels wierd and I don't really know how I'm reacting.
Well man up, being rejected and her saying no are two completely different things. She had plans, she didn't say "no, you're ugly", did she? Ask her again some other time.
After reading so much of mavericks stuff, and he seems to know about it, this is a rejection. I haven't really had any contact with this girl whatsoever. Perhaps she wanted but simply couldn't, but I don't want to create that false hope again. She said no, I was rejected. If she begins to talk to me, show that she likes me, suggest that we go out, then sure, but I doubt that and I'm not going to rely on that. I'm moving on now.
Probably the best idea for now. If there was no counter-offer then she probably wasn't too interested. The "after so many years" part concerned me a little, but now that it is over maybe you can finally move on.

I've been a coward for a long time, not anymore though.
Will i look like a complete twat if i go the end of year prom thing without a date? No one (at college) i fancy asking who isn't already going with someone. It's in the Uk so prom isn't as serious a thing.
You'll probably just look even more awesome if you come alone, with a really good looking suit and a confident smug face.
I've got a top hat, a monocole and a pimp cane. no jokes
There's a girl at school that i like, but it turns out that her friend likes me instead, what the fuck should i do? I don't even know her, and I'm not sure if i'm willing to risk it.
Well man up, being rejected and her saying no are two completely different things. She had plans, she didn't say "no, you're ugly", did she? Ask her again some other time.
What the fuck. Very very few girls will ever say "no, you're ugly." Girls are not that straightforward (generally.) If a girl gives you an excuse to not go on the date with you and doesn't suggest an exact alternative date, she's rejecting you. Even if she says "some other time," then it's a rejection. Just because someone likes you doesn't mean you can't ask out their friends or whatever. You aren't obliged to go out with everyone that ever likes you.
Lassie I know's getting her own house soon. She's basically invited me over for a night in the holidays - should be good. [editline].[/editline] If a girl says you should come over to watch a tonne of films etc, is that enough of a hint, or is it more as a "as friends" type thing?
Jesus christ, is this guy serious
