i don't eat meat anymore so my breath usually smells like oranges or mango
but i'm also english so my teeth are all crooked and fucked up which is why i always cover my mouth when laughing
I only brush my teeth after I have something that could stain my teeth. So, basically 2-3 times a day, but I rarely do anything else to keep my mouth fresh besides that.
I brush my teeth damn near compulsively, because my being anally retentive about smelling good extends itself to my dental hygeine. Besides, if my breath stinks, I can TASTE that shit.
I brush twice a day and chew cinnamon gum if I feel like my breath is gucky.
Minty gum.
I don't like gum for some reason.
I brush, floss and use a tongue scraper.
Occasionally I chew gum.
I only brush my teeth at night, so I keep one of these in my car. Works pretty well.

So what do you do about morning breath then?
Morning breath is disgusting.
So what do you do about morning breath then?
those mints... 1 or 2 as I'm driving to school, my breath stays fairly fresh (if I wake up with particularly bad breath or if breakfast makes my breath smell really bad I'll brush - I'm just taking about the average morning though)
i just brush my teeth twice a day

I don't really need advice, but I sort of have a question:
In the initial stages of developing feelings for each other, is it common that one of the involved people develop feelings quicker than the other one?
Just curious, how has it been for you guys?
[editline]14th April 2011[/editline]
Because I have a slight feeling that in the initial stages, the girl is often more into the guy than the guy is into her.
I also have a quick question:
My girlfriend is really shy in public, when just around me she's fine but when around others she doesn't know (as shown by our trip to york yesterday) she's incredibly shy, everything is "embarrassing" etc. I'm actually quite a shy person myself when I'm by myself, but with others I almost become a different person.
Is there anything I can do?
I don't think you could really generalize it like that, every couple is different. The person more unused to or new to relationships will probably be the one more excited and therefore more 'careless' in investing their feelings.
There's more of a pressure for males to hide their feelings, and generally speaking females are the more emotional of the two, so that's probably why it seems like the guy is less interested.
Because I have a slight feeling that in the initial stages, the girl is often more into the guy than the guy is into her.
This was the case with me and my ex. She was mad about me at the start, I wasn't so mad about her. After a couple of weeks it was about even, and then after several months myself slightly more than her.
After 13 months, we were coming up to an inevitable breakup, and then she cheated so that just finalised it really.
But yeah, to answer your question, I'd say in general you're right.
Can I pick up chicks like this?

what kind of a question is this
So, it's been 1 and 1/2 months since she broke up with me and I'm enjoying life without her. I've taken her out of the equation as much as possible and not caring is slowly becoming easier. I'm just doing the complete opposite of what I did right after the breakup and once again, life's rather pleasant.
But, I still have her in the back of my mind and I see her just about everyday and she's just a part of my life I can't ignore. When I know she's with another guy, I start to feel worried as to why she's away from me, but usually for one reason or another, it's work related, so I guess I feel safe by the fact that they're all friends of hers while I'm something different. I guess I feel more comfortable in this position rather than as a friend, after all, I've got nothing to lose, everything to gain. It's time to go out and seize the day.

Smack a bitch.
But nah, I'm really just blunt with girls. Not every girl that comes on to me is a looker, in fact, most are pretty gnarly looking. Instead of wasting time trying to let them down all easy and nice, I'm just straightforward and tell them that they aren't my type of girl. Sometimes they ask, "What is your 'type' of girl then?"
I answer, "Pretty."

The zing rating ain't powerful enough cap'n
Also just learned a friends been cutting herself cause her boyfriends being a complete dick, they've broken up but he's still harrasing her etc. Seems so strange to me, she's inbelievably smart, top of her class, eloquent, very pretty but i've never seen the logicality for cutting yourself. She's talking to people at college (teachers, etc) but she's still doing it. Anyone else had a friend do something similar?

I had a friend who did and my sister have done it. Doesn't mean I understand it any more than you do. It's one of these things outsiders will never get I guess, because it's nothing a sensible human being would do. It's like being insane - shortly.

Um, there's not really anything you can do because that's just the way she is. She's shy around people she doesn't know, I don't see how that's a problem or anything like that.
Getting to know this one girl i just might ask out.
we both like the same metal music and have the same sense of humour :buddy:
Ask her out now.
