The thing is this:
MS Paint is really not meant for Picture Wars, as Picture Wars is a game that, although using MS Paint, typically utilised sprites and stock poses and as such is an anathema to the intended use of this forum, which is creative pictures crafted in MS Paint. In addition Picture Wars generates a lot of threads in terms of matches, which is fine and dandy for the people playing but, unless you have exceptional pixel art skills, not very interesting to anyone else in the forum.
There is already a Picture Wars forum that's been established elsewhere; it was moved away from Facepunch initially because people wanted to have more subforums to deal with all the map, sprite and match threads. However, you've all decided you don't want to play in that forum (generally because "they're no fun" or "their standard are too high".)
So you've got a forum you're meant to use, which you don't want to use, and a forum you're not really meant to use which you [i]are[/i] using, although possibly not for much longer. The solution here is to make a new forum for new Picture Wars people.
well the thing is... the picture wars forum has almost no activity making it too slow and not very fun.
when you post in a thread and come back the next day and the thread still hasent been replied to, then you kinda get discuraged and abandon the thred, abandon to many threads, abandon the forum

What you're doing is going against what you want to prevent, it's like trying to stop a flood by throwing water at it. If everybody moved to the forums then they would be active, if you move and give up because not everybody has moved yet then nobody's going to move.
