I think I just invented a new genre. I'm gonna go start working on my first album immediately.
Industrial, experimental electronic stuff, big beat...
80's hardcore
but lots of new/er hc too
Err, I don't really have a favourite genre, but I guess I listen and play and know most about blues.
anything really. I like everything from Mozart to Melt Banana
Music styles are like drugs. You get different thrills from each, therefore you can't hone yourself in on only one. Only me though. :unsmith:
anythingcore
Mostly any kind of Metal and Progressive Rock.
Also some Jazz.
Thrash metal and certain overly bombastic symphonic soundtracks, like Hans Zimmer's stuff, Two Steps From Hell etc.

Well that's useful.
Melodic Death Metal and Thrash Metal.
Classical, Hardcore Punk, Avant-garde Metal and Metalcore.
That was MY analogy :colbert:
Yeah, I posted it because of you.
You should be happy. :smug:
Right my my favourite genres of music are probably doomey sludge/electro house/ambient idm.
UK hardcore. Tooo much fun!
I don't know.
Categories don't really concern me.
Hard to choose, but I really enjoy female vocalists.
Not that I'm discounting male leads, I love that too, but female vocalists seem to portray emotions that I can relate to more.
I like everything, but I guess most of my listening is Progressive and Post Rock/Metal
It changes very frequently, at the moment it's Post-Rock
Melodic Death Metal, Post Rock and Doom Metal.
Indie-Pop, yes it's a prett vague genre but it's one I love.
Electronica, Ambient, Classical Rock, Metal.
