I always said to my friends that the only genre I hated is bad music. What exactly is bad music? Well it's only subjective. And after all it is the variety of taste that makes music wonderful.

It can be lacking in expressive quality, it can lack in production quality, artistic, originality, accessibility, recording quality and purpose. But I don't think it should be judged on how much you "enjoy" it. Because why listen to anything other than for enjoyment? Whatever I listen to, I have to dig deep within myself so that I can enjoy it. Noise music being the most difficult.

I can like any genre as long as it sounds good. Hip-hop, Electronic, Trance, House, Dubstep, R&B, Rap, Jazz, Drum & Bass, etc...

My favorite is Hardstyle, but most genres works for me.

I judge music based on how much heart it has got. Less heart, less rating. :smug:

Nearly all electronic music that isn't too poppy or too boring, Jazz, Reggae, Hip Hop (as long as it has good lyrics and isn't gimmicky), some Blues, some Alternative Rock (preferably when it's mixed with other genres).
