Of course there's no such force, you're merely trying to continue on a tangential path while a centripetal force is forcing you on a circular one. If you're spinning, it will appear to you as if there's a centrifugal force causing acceleration outwards. And it can be treated so to some extent. Centripetal force has nothing to do with it, it's just required for the thing to spin.

The rotational gravity generation thing makes a lot of sense to me. It's really basic if you think about force and inertia.

What about creating something that has a LOT of mass? Then you'd create something with an actual gravity. (And slow down time because of the (Metaforical) dent in spacetime, but that's another matter...)

The problem with magnets is that unless you have a special suit, your body structure, especially your spine, is going to go all wonky. That's why astronaughts exercise in space.
