I know. Seriously there's probably some sort of conspiracy behind all this.

oh man my views have changed, i understand it completely now
frozen ice, not just regular ice
your kidding me, right
it all makes sense now. the ussr and britain were rivals during the cold war. the ussr must have gone through time to cause some damage to great britain. but if thats the truth, does russia still posses this time machine??
but if the mission was success, britain would not be the powerhouse it was in that timeline, negating the need for the machine, but also necessifying it's use! :psyduck:
Titanic was asking for it, they made budget cuts all over the place building the thing. Cheap steel, poorly done riveting, not even having enough lifeboats on board. I mean wow. We were dumb back then.
The Titanic reminds me of Facepunch.
You should also put down when they went to christen the Titanic the bottle didn't break on the first hit, and scared most of the crew.
The Stern got FUCKED up

That's the only White Star Lines boat left today, which is currently being restored.

Wrong. White Star Line never christened their ships. That is just an urban legend.
The Stern got FUCKED up
As the stern sank, there was air still trapped inside. As it kept going deeper and deeper, the pressure build up until the stern basically exploded.

I'll be here.

I was obsessed with the Titanic when I was younger. Must have beaten the game around 10 times.
Could have been avoided if that tugboat didnt stop the New York from drifting towards the Titanic. it would have had to have been repaired, and could have been saved.
But then, it would have been used as a troop ship. And then most likely scrapped.

A ship slowly sinking into a sea of its own piss?
This is a very sad story.
A ship slowly sinking into a sea of its own piss?
the titanic sank in water dumbass
the titanic sank in water dumbass
Sea of piss is a joke referring to Mikfoz saying that he was "pissing in a sea of piss" while he was on Facepunch. Facepunch being proclaimed as Titanic would mean that the ship would eventually sink into the piss it has let out.
the titanic sank in water dumbass
stop shitposting please
One of my grandmothers waved the ship off as it left the port and one of the grandfathers worked in the White Star Line as a builder.
Apparently my Dad's Uncle worked in the Engine room and drowned on this boat.
They changed the original course so that they could reach their destination faster than planned so they went to far north. Where icebergs were sighted.
For films I prefer the black and white version of the Titanic it's not called the Titanic rather "A night to remember" It is regarded as being the most historically accurate movie about the Titanic. And I enjoyed it when my history teacher made us watch it.

That's impossible. Your uncle would have had to been born in like the 1890s.

*great uncle
I'd love to go scuba diving in the Titanic shortly after it sunk, it would have been interesting.
And if it had sunk a day later it would have sunk on my birthday. :v:

Good luck with that. You wouldn't even get close to the titanic with scuba gear.
poorly constructed? are my eyes failing me?? fyi, titanic used some of the most advanced technology available at the time
And that is why they used low quality steel in arctic seas.
Cutting edge technology alright lol. Unless you were talking about the 1st class cabins and their pianos or something.

I'd rather wait a few years before doing something like that (if scuba-diving down there was even possible in the first place). Finding corpses everywhere wouldn't be particularly fun.
