I don't want anymore remakes, I want something new.
I am too; this is awful.
Back on topic, I'm hoping this is just a sick joke. Nobody should be allowed to touch Hitchcock.
I never got to see that film, is it any good?
I don't want anymore remakes, I want something new.
go write an original plot for a movie and send it to your favorite director or even try to direct it yourself
I never got to see that film, is it any good?
Was funny as fuck.
YES! I CANT TELL YOU HOW EXCITED I AM FOR THIS!
I hope Michael Bay also remakes the movie "Bats" also
(yes its a real movie with a very deep plot)
I remember Bats
dont remember watching it though
This film we've got here right, it was about birds. After that it was alright because I think that because it was filmed a bit ago it was more effective in a way because it was more eerie in a sense. Whereas now, we have all these brushed down cameras, zooming lenses and the lot it just won't give that same feel to the film. And the dialect was a bunch of them people from the er fifty's or whenever, and they speak quite differently to what we do today, so how are they going to change the script without ruining the sense of the film.
Oh my fucking god YES. It's gonna be great to see Bay bring his much loved 'edge' to these boring old films. Can't fucking wait.
The Birds isn't fucking boring you have an attention disorder.
This movie is perfect, don't fuck with it.

agreed, this generation has an attention span of less than 20 minutes, no wonder he found those movies boring. Thats why movies today have no plot and is just a bunch of explosions. ex. Avatar
Bad Boys was good, and so was Armageddon. It's a fun movie, yet so many people hate on it.
Armageddon made me want to murder Michael Bay, it's the stupidest movie I've ever seen.

You too.
Thanks for warning me.
Now all they have to do is remake Eraserhead as a slasher, and they'll have completely ruined the past!
Wow this is great news to hear on my birthday
Thanks Michael Bay, you have successfully depressed me too much to enjoy my own fucking birthday
After reading the article:

"Michael" and "Bay" are two words that are put together to make "disaster". No doubt about it. :argh:
Ffffffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-
Unlike most people here, I don't despise Micheal Bay with every thread of my existence, but who the hell decided he would be the perfect candidate for directing a remake of a fucking Hitchcock film? That's like hiring Steven Spielberg to direct a porno.
my god first the thing, now this? can't they make new and original films nowadays?
The Thing is getting a prequel, not a remake or reimagining. :colbert:

Yes, thanks for giving no indication whatsoever you weren't 100% serious.
At least he didn't touch my beloved North by north west.

The funnies and agrees tell me most got it. Maybe you're just stupid.

or Transformers. Seriously, there was so much shit going on the entire movie.
You might think that's a good thing, but so is watching a magician pull a rabbit out of his hat. It's cool the first time, but watching it for 2 1/2 hours is just boring.

:sigh: I am sorry.
If there is a God out there, he will make it so that this remake will never be made.
fyi it's not being directed by Michael Bay, it's just by his production company. Last word on it was December of last year, that the director would be the guy who did the Last House on the Left remake.
Anyone who is not an atheist ignores the continued existence of Michael Bay.
what
I remember seeing The Birds a loooong time ago, the part with all the birds gathering on the school climbing frame still stays with me :ohdear:
