dont fuck us over obongo
He'd be unable to anyway, with Republican majority in House preventing any possible AWB laws, really. It's gonna be another 4 years of almost nothing getting done.
It was gonna be another 4 years of getting almost nothing done either way
Some real Debbie Downers in this thread right now... ain't no reason to fear an AWB, the NRA and Ted Nugent will save us.
I think I'm going to buy a CZ82, the only thing I don't like is they have a painted finish, but I can deal with that.
maybe i should keep my rpk so i can keep them gubment feds away from my guns
Do want.
Do want.
As do I.
I want some form of SAA, but I'm not sure what the most reliable and economic model would be.

Ruger's Blackhawks / Redhawks / Vaqueros are great fun. Pretty affordable too. Obviously not exactly the same as a SAA but probably about as close as you're gonna get these days without breaking the bank.

What kind of finish is that? It looks excellent.
How long do you guys think it will take for everyone to stop panic-buying?

2 months for shit to stay in stock, but prices won't be back to normal for a good 8 months
Woop, my dad got his hunting license, going to a nearby (5-10 mins by a car) gunshop when he has the time! Once we see what's in stock it's off to the cop shop (walking distance from the gunshop) for licensing stuff and then, suddenly endless fudd guns. Or a gun. Probably a .22 or an O/U shotgun.
Pretty soon, it will be an apocalyptic future where all we will use to kill are torsion based weapons, because of the govment!

No idea, it was the only one available. I suppose it's blued but has an iridescent effect.

Rest easy, scare buying doesn't hit new firearms, it's only a factor in the used market
[editline]8th November 2012[/editline]
Or at least in the price issue, keeping stock is still a problem
Oh hey, apparently the scare buying is making Gew98 stock prices go down about $10.
I'm alright with this.
Oh hi. I'll clean my rifle and just wait for the rioting from people being scared idiots. Keep them idiots from smashing into my house and stuff.

What all is involved in reloading 12ga and how much will it cost?
Some plastic, some more plastic, a thing to seal the plastic, and a bunch of bawls and some fire. Becuz Murica.
What all is involved in reloading 12ga and how much will it cost?
I don't know in America, but here in Australia it's not worth reloading shotgun shells because they're so cheap. I figure you guys get them even cheaper so they're ever more not worth reloading
Well, it's not entirely true. OO buckshot and deer slugs are really fucking expensive (more than $1 a round for OO and $2 each for slugs), would be worth reloading them if I shot more than a dozen a month
