Amazing deal for Chinese Nuggs, $119.75 each, and you could get 2 for $110.75 each. Oui or Non?
If you own a couple of Nuggs as it is, then I vote non. If you don't, I vote Oui. If you do, but your collection is vastly lacking in carbines or ex-snipers, then oui if they're carbines or ex-snipers.

Is it a problem for Nugget food running out? Because surplus is old, and the new 7.62x54mmR costs like a dollar a round.
Well that's how surplus works. They give us the old ammo and use the new ammo. Any surplus ammo you get is probably going to be at least 10 or 15 years old.
There's still factories making surplus-tier ammo for cheap, like Barnaul, S&B and the like.
Bought a new stock, but I took it out shooting and I'm having some cycling issues. I've read some stuff online, and it may be the ammo I was using, but we'll see. Suggestions?

When you use lower/higher power rounds you have to adjust accordingly.
Went back and got some more loot today

M1897? Auto 5? If neither of those two, don't bother :v: Whoever rated me dumb, this was, in fact, a joke

Any help?

Suggestions?
Ammo might not be making enough pressure now that you've changed stocks (which changes weight and other shit). Sounds silly but it's the same concept as limp wrist firing a glock. Try changing the gas regulator to an auto-regulating one. Or for the short term get magnum ammo.
Looks like an M50 Reising @ Jim
Looked it up, sounds neat but seems to be rare as a purple diamond. I'd probably have more chances to get a laser gun built by the Mayans than this. Oh well, too bad.

Had a nice day at the range today. Only wish I had more toys than just my Nugget.
Had a nice day at the range today. Only wish I had more toys than just my Nugget.
Provided you can find one, look into a Stevens 87 or a Savage Model 6. They're a .22 rifle manufactured between the 1930s-1970s that was a tube fed .22lr with the ability to switch between straight pull bolt action and semi auto. I picked mine up with a scope built in the late 40's less than what I paid for my 91/30.
