that list doesn't make any sense, banning some of those guns will get the obama administration sued and the rest of them are so incredibly rare nobody will even notice that they're gone (SVU? there isn't a single SVU in the states)

In Canada, the Vz. 58 is your friend.

At the bottom of the first page it says "IF UNDER 21" and says a parent must sign. I never knew about this up until I was about to print out the form.
I haven't asked my parents yet, it's just that I feel like they'll be upset. We don't hunt, we don't own guns, our grandparents don't own guns ect. It's just weird to them.
If you want to get a mosin, do what I did. When I still lived with my mom, I told her I wanted to buy this rifle with my own money so I could own a piece of history. Just tell them the truth and it should all work out fine.
Vz. 58 is praised, but I'm not going to buy it since it could get taken away just like the AP80.
SO. MUCH. RAGE.
That ban list is an old rumor from 2008. It was repackaged about the time of the election earlier this month.
(iv) a shotgun with a revolving cylinder
huh? I can only think of like 2 or 3 shotgun-revolvers, why is it even necessary to ban this?
How trust worthy is that site? Seems something like this would be plastered all over major news networks, maybe even SH.
The article even links to a youtube vid from 2009.
Even if it is real, the GOP controls the house and the way things have been going there's not a chance in hell they'd pass it

They played Metro 2033 and went "Wait this is a thing? The horror..."
why is the Armscor 30 even on that list? that's about the most generic (in both appearance and function) shotgun around, and is relatively obscure. if you're going to make up a rumor like that at least make it believable.

I don't even know what the fuck an MPA3 is

and neither does google, apparently
The source is Pakalert Press. Let's look at some other headlines, shall we?

does anyone here know what an MPA3 is?

all I'm able to find on google are those spray nozzles that go on garden hoses

Must be easily converted into a fully automatic spray nozzle.

obviously some sort of death ray
I think they're referring to the MPA-30 series, they're Mac-11's.
I was gonna guess it was a typo for M3a3
Walther P99 all the way

Find a used one, The QuickAction trigger is stupid a shit.
P99QA (Quick Action)
This variant has a Glock style trigger system with a pre-loaded internal striker. When the trigger is pulled, the striker is fully cocked and released, firing the pistol. The trigger travel is approximately 8 mm (0.3 in) with a trigger pull of approximately 38 N (8.5 lbf). The trigger pull is consistent in length and force from the first shot to the last.[13] The P99QA was announced in 2000 and discontinued in 2011.
So the company that was bringing Skorpions into Canada has another 100 in stock. Debating if I can justify it when there's so many other, more useful guns I could buy.
Find a used one, The QuickAction trigger is stupid a shit.
I like striker-fired triggers, do you just not like that style or is the trigger actually bad compared to an FNS or a Glock or whatever striker you fancy
Find a used one, The QuickAction trigger is stupid a shit.
Then get an AS model. The only problem I find with the trigger on them is while it says it's consistent, it actually isn't, it feels like it requires a bit of extra force right at the end of the pull to actually get it to go off. Because the gun is designed for LEOs, I've been told sometimes things like that are put on just to make sure the officer is sure of the target before pulling the trigger all the way, but I find it causes me pulling issues, I tend to shoot a 3" diameter circle at ~15 yards with it, like literally the shots will form a circle around where I'm aiming, with one or two actually being on target. I know it's me, because I've seen other people shoot the exact same P99 I was, and they had no problem, not to mention I've seen the 15 yard factory test target.
