Was the kid killed by an airgun? Is that even possible?
he was hit in the head apparently. 15 pumps out of my airgun could probably kill a small child
As I mentioned before, Airguns were originally designed in Austria to be used as military weapons in place of gunpowder.
As I mentioned before, Airguns were originally designed in Austria to be used as military weapons in place of gunpowder.
Lewis and Clark carried a 22 round repeating air rifle as well, apparently they demonstrated it to the natives as a way of saying "Do not fuck with us."
Did the French every retract the ban that Napoleon instated against airguns? Like, if they were found with one, they'd be fucking executed on the spot. [editline]24th November 2012[/editline]
he was hit in the head apparently. 15 pumps out of my airgun could probably kill a small child
Nitro piston man. They've made it so that .22 airguns can reach a really high velocity and power.
Well, I ordered some shell holders for my Lee Press so i can start reloading 7mm Weatherby Magnum. Buying the ammo new is about 60 dollars a box of 20. Reloading costs ~50 cents a shell, Primer, Powder, and Hornady AMAX included. Well, my shell holders got here, however they are for a Auto Prime (handheld priming tool) and not a press... :(
Well I bought an M1 Carbine today. It's Johnson made and in New Jersey Traded my RPK for it and got one 15 round and $50. I know it wasn't the greatest deal but I'm happy enough with it. What do you guys say? [editline]24th November 2012[/editline] Ridge tell me I did good :(
M1's are fun!
I just got back from a gun show, some lady had an M1918 Mauser Anti Tank Rifle for sale for $10,000.
Ridge tell me I did good :(
Iver Johnson was acquired in 1974 by a New York based company named LA Distributors, which was then bought out by Plainfield Machine in 1977. My carbine is Plainfield, and I love it! :D

I wonder what race he is. Don't the Pakistanis and Indians have gunsmithing in their blood?
Well I used $40 of that to buy 100 rounds of .30 cal. Cheapest at the show so whatever Put 10 rounds through it in my friends garage/pistol range and worked flawlessly! Neat gun for sure, barely any kick, nice sound and solid. Waaaayyy more practical than my RPK. I've also decided my next purchase will be either an AK74M or a plain Jane AK74. Maybe an AKS! Oh well, can't shake gat fevor

The dude must be a motherfucking Chechnyan or something.
They have laws in the UK saying air guns must be under a certain muzzle energy unless you have a licence... What's the bet the air gun he had wasn't legal?
They have laws in the UK saying air guns must be under a certain muzzle energy unless you have a licence... What's the bet the air gun he had wasn't legal?
In the UK, they don't measure by FPS, they do it by Ft lbs of energy, for some reason. It's actually kind of reasonable. Pistols get the short end though. [editline]24th November 2012[/editline] But in North Ireland you need a license for any kind of airgun. [editline]24th November 2012[/editline] The UK has leaner regulation on Airguns than Canada. It's 12 ftlbs of energy for Rifles, 6 for pistols. In Canada, it's 4.2 lb's maximum and 500 fps max, else you need to register it as a firearm. The UK didn't give a fuck about airguns till just now, other than the age restriction at 18, but that's reasonable. Airguns are kinda dangerous, even if they fire tiny ammo.
Literally nobody knows about the 4.2ft-lbs regulation in Canada, it's all about whether or not it's under 500fps for gun status here, and pretty much everyone that comes by my store thinks it's nonsense. Yes the regulation exists, but is it followed? Doubtful, literally everyone just thinks the regulation is a limit at 500fps.

Interesting thing. When my Dad bought our MkIII No. 4, we got a free kukri. It's awful quality, but I'm attempting to restore it.
Kukris are like 20 bucks. Just saying, time or convenience.
It's an automatic reloader that synthesizes materials out of thin air while sucking brass from the earth.
Lowkey, when I was little I used to make believe I had a gun like that.

only .30 carbine gun I've ever wanted was an automag III 5.45 is for losers 7.62 (or 9)master race I'd rather have a fal if we're talking battle rifles striker fired is better than hammer fired
Hey, laserguided, why do you keep rating us disagree? Do you have an actual reason, or are you just being a dick?
I hate it when people rate disagree or dumb but don't post to state their side of the argument, pretty silly if you ask me.

Since one of my family members already owns a full size 9mm (a Ruger P95) I have decided my first handgun is going to be a T/C Contender in 22lr to start out with.
