I hear the same things about gun stores up here from people who come in to my store. Thankfully, my store isn't like other stores, we aren't suspicious assholes to customers.
How did you get that job anyway? Youre a clerk? One day over the rainbow I'll come to your store
I love those western-styled revolvers that you see people have in a holster on horseback. like in those old western movies.
They are called Single Action Armys, or SAA for short.
They are called Single Action Armys, or SAA for short.
Colt Navy, Walker and Dragoon is where it's at.
I kind of want the Smith and Wesson Model 3. None of the local gunstores have it, they only have Single Action Army replicas.
Started my new job today, one of the training videos had a picture of a PPSh plastered on there as a visual aid when referring to Al Capone and his money laundering / tax evasion (I work at a bank). Had to raise an eyebrow at that one.
general rule to buying anything gun related: if you dont look like you're over the age of 60, they will treat you like a retard and probably say really retarded things like at the gun show, some old guy asked me when i was walking out with my m1, if i sold the rpk. told him i traded it with some money on top and even though it wasnt the best deal, i was happy. he then said i made a huge mistake because "damn retard is back in power" ok guy
last time I was at a gun show I walked up to a booth that had an armalite AR30 in .300 win mag (note that I had nearly $5,000 in my pocket and was ready to make the purchase) and he looked me square in the eye and "the BB guns are over there" Now I don't exactly look 60, but I certainly don't look like a little kid. At the time I had a beard down to my chest, so I have no idea what the guy was thinking when he said that. I made what I think was an obvious choice by showing him my roll of $100 bills and telling him to get fucked It was near the end of the last day of the show too, so I made sure he never sold that $3,000 gun [editline]26th November 2012[/editline]
Started my new job today, one of the training videos had a picture of a PPSh plastered on there as a visual aid when referring to Al Capone and his money laundering / tax evasion (I work at a bank).
How did you get that job anyway? Youre a clerk? One day over the rainbow I'll come to your store
I'm a Sales Associate. And I heard about some new store opening from my dad, so I applied for a job, and got it. Simple as that.

How do you guys store your guns? I'm thinking about getting a gun cabinet. A cabinet custom made for gun storage could be expensive though, so I might just install hooks in a regular cabinet and hang the rifle up by sling. I wonder if they make drawers four feet wide. I could put some foam padding in them, keep the rifle in the top drawer, and use the bottom ones for ammo storage. Or maybe a storage bench where the seat lifts up like a lid.

Wow that sucks you guys all have shitty people at your gun stores/shows. My local shop has really nice, helpful people and for the most part the people at the shows are very friendly.
I keep my airshit in my sister's bed and my rifle in a case in the closet.

Selling guns in my country is so hard (because of the excessive regulation, high prices and the tiny market) that in most gun shops they'll treat you just fine. When you get that few clients you really can't afford losing them over poor treatment.

One of those big gun safes for most of my guns, a couple of muzzle loaders and shotguns in an older wooden case.
Most are in one of our two gunsafes. My M14 is occupying my office chair with loaded magazine sitting in my desk drawer, just in case.
Damn, I want this stock for the 10/22 so badly, but manufacturer says they're out of stock. I think it would look so sexy blending the wood with an AR 15 vertical grip and stock (A2 of course).
speaking of stocks, i learned changing the stocks on the m1 carbine is retarded easy so i just may buy that paratrooper repro [editline]26th November 2012[/editline] also just sumbitted my pic to the /k/lass photo collage
who here would use a stock made out of a motorcycle kickstand and a shoehorn?
I might, got pictures?

Anyone know where I can get a club-foot stock set for a Noricno NHM-91? I bought a russian set for my RPK but not even a gun smith could only get the club foot to stock, so does anyone know where I could get one built for a NHM-91?
