See, that's what I'd want to do. But with WWI fighters :v: [editline]1st October 2012[/editline] Sopwoth Camels!
oh hell yeah, I would get an ME 109 and 262. Perhaps a Tiger II and Panther.
But why not just 2 different uppers?
While I was wrong about the reason, I'd prefer 2 guns over one gun and two uppers. Changing them over is just a pain and it mean you can't give a mate the second gun when you're hunting or just at the range
Let's make a Kickstarter to create a MilSim engagement range where people can participate in player versus player CQB scenarios with Simunition. omg yes
After you kill 20 dudes, a B-29 flies overhead and carpet bombs the absolute fuck out of everything, with HUGE balloons full of paint. Because fuck you, we're billionaires.
why isnt this a thing yet. lets make this a thing
I'll build the tanks.

so apparently my mom got over the idea of me owning a gun... so long as i don't keep any ammo in the house. ?????

That is one of my favorite episodes of American Dad... [editline]1st October 2012[/editline]
so apparently my mom got over the idea of me owning a gun... so long as i don't keep any ammo in the house. ?????
Mine was the same way. You've already made the first, biggest breakthrough. The rest will be easy.
so apparently my mom got over the idea of me owning a gun... so long as i don't keep any ammo in the house. ?????
Just make one of those pvc dead drop things, bury guns and ammo in your yard like all the other bat-shit insane prepper-rednecks around here.
so apparently my mom got over the idea of me owning a gun... so long as i don't keep any ammo in the house. ?????
Hide ammo all over the house. It'll be like Easter except the treats can kill.
so apparently my mom got over the idea of me owning a gun... so long as i don't keep any ammo in the house. ?????
teller you'll buy a safe. (you can get a decent padlocked one from walmart for 99$) and teller you'll keep the ammo in the safe.
teller you'll buy a safe. (you can get a decent padlocked one from walmart for 99$) and teller you'll keep the ammo in the safe.
I just ordered a huge ass 16 gun safe for when mid October rolls around and supplies of rifles go up for huntin' duur and I have some disposable income to throw away. I think I do have to assemble it though, which seems silly for a safe.

I miss shooting, can't ever go out and shoot now that im in the Army.
Hahaha, that is ridiculous. You cannot tell me that those are for sport or a hobby.. why would you evn need that many assault rifles?
Hahaha, that is ridiculous. You cannot tell me that those are for sport or a hobby.. why would you evn need that many assault rifles?
Why would you want an old muscle car that only gets 9 miles to the gallon? People collect guns like those for the same reason people collect old cars. You're in the wrong thread if you think we shouldn't be able to own multiple assault rifles.

Was just checking out the local funshop for a shotfun and I found a police trade-in 870 that was pretty cool. They wanted $238 for it, and I'm gonna pick it up next weekend probably.
It's a troll.
I browse this thread every other day, the old wooden rifles people buy are nice but when people buy 4 assault rifles it bugs me. Not even slightly trolling.
I browse this thread every other day, the old wooden rifles people buy are nice but when people buy 4 assault rifles it bugs me. Not even slightly trolling.
Then you're just not that smart. You're implying that he is plotting to kill someone? Please. A semi-automatic mid-caliber rifle is only useful for hunting small game. Were it fully automatic, it would be an assault rifle (assault rifles are defined as being select fire), and it'd be suited to take down the agile mid-sized mammal that is a human.
Hahaha, that is ridiculous. You cannot tell me that those are for sport or a hobby.. why would you evn need that many assault rifles?
Implying that shooting isn't a sport? Besides, there are no assault rifles in that photo. None of those weapons are capable of select-fire, 1 is a bolt action sporter, 1 is a shotgun, and 2 are handguns. [editline]1st October 2012[/editline]
I browse this thread every other day, the old wooden rifles people buy are nice but when people buy 4 assault rifles it bugs me. Not even slightly trolling.
Your logic: old wood stocked rifles = cool "assault rifles" = bad Lets see here, AR15 is semi-automatic ONLY, chambered for an intermediate round, detachable magazine up to 30 rounds. M1 Carbine is semi-automatic only, chambered for an intermediate round, detachable magazine up to 30 rounds. Does that mean my 1943 old wood stocked M1 Carbine is a big bad baby killing assault rifle?
I browse this thread every other day, the old wooden rifles people buy are nice but when people buy 4 assault rifles it bugs me. Not even slightly trolling.
Then you're very dense.
I would gladly, gladly own a full auto for sport/hobby shooting. There's even a range not far from home that has CQB practice areas, restricted to handguns and .22 carbines since you can't own any other semi-auto.
I browse this thread every other day, the old wooden rifles people buy are nice but when people buy 4 assault rifles it bugs me. Not even slightly trolling.
Here's some sound advice: Fuck off
Hahaha, that is ridiculous. You cannot tell me that those are for sport or a hobby.. why would you evn need that many assault rifles?
They're not assault rifles End of story
I browse this thread every other day, the old wooden rifles people buy are nice but when people buy 4 assault rifles it bugs me. Not even slightly trolling.
So big wooden guns are okay, but smaller plastic guns bug you? [editline]1st October 2012[/editline] Tell me. Which of these go in the hunting rifles, and which go in the assault rifles?
just leave him so what neat aftermarket things should i get for the soon-to-be-mine shotfun? it's an 870 so i guess there's a lot of shit
just leave him so what neat aftermarket things should i get for the soon-to-be-mine shotfun? it's an 870 so i guess there's a lot of shit
I'd recommend a fiber optic front sight. And maybe a mag extension, assuming it doesn't already have one.
I'd recommend a fiber optic front sight. And maybe a mag extension, assuming it doesn't already have one.
Mag extension is a must, but i don't like the look of fiber optic sights. Anywhere I can get a good bayonet lug? I've got a thing for bayonets.
The old school 870 bayonet lugs run in the hundreds of dollars, as they are extremely rare. It'll likely cost more than the gun. Looks like this company makes a simple mag clamp mount, though...
