This could just be the Sig fanboy in me speaking out, but 228s are really nice guns and it'd be a shame to let it go unless you had to.

p228 is too finicky about ammo in my experience and I don't like the ergonomics of the gun

Didn't sell my P228. Didn't buy an M&P. Didn't buy a Garand. Didn't sell any of the extra parts I had. Only thing I left with was a paratrooper helmet and a bag of mountain man candy. :(
