It can lubricate in a pinch. It does leave behind a light coat of oil, but it's not much. It's mostly just good for cleaning stuff off or from in the gun like caked on dirt, loose rust and whatnot. It's pretty useful for loosening up old rusted guns too.
That and it's pretty sweet at destabilizing water and shit.
I lube up all my loud house fans with WD-40
they only stop clicking for about 12 hours after I lube them and I'm too lazy to go to the home depot that's a 2 minute drive away and get a real lubricant

have you guys never heard of this before? this is old yo
Holy shit, read the comments :v:
There are some days I wish I could give a lecture about gun control in a public audience, preferably to people who support it, because I know many of the common misconceptions and falsehoods that permeate throughout Canadian society about guns and gun control, and would love to be able to address them directly.
So the Kansas City football player who killed himself and his girlfriend (tragic story I know) happened to choose a firearm to do the deed. I shit you not the next day I see an article where the author states that it "wouldn't have happened if he couldn't get a gun". Then I'm watching sunday night football and the same article is quoted by the commentators. Its like people can't think rationally anymore.
found it

:suicide:
I just found out the dude who wrote that article compared the NRA to the KKK, and said it's the NRA's fault that black youth are killing each other with guns.

This guy is a delusional idiot.

I think he meant they wouldn't be able to kill themselves.
Ever heard of a toaster and a bathtub? or a kitchen knife?
Whenever people mention guns and violent crime, I just have to think for a second.
Guns are loud, knives arent. With a knife, you can't exactly leave behind a lot of evidence unless you were trying. With guns, there's cartridges, powder residue, etc.
guys can we please just ban guns all ready
guys can we please just ban guns all ready
If we do that, all the drug dealers and gangs will stop hurting each other - Think of the children!

Wow. That's the first time I've seen someone rob with a Mosin Nagant.
Who the fuck does a robbery with a Mosin? I doubt his dumbass self has ever even fired it.
If I was robbing someplace, I'd use a nugget. IF I could rack dat bolt and practice reloads, it'd be fine. But I won't rob any place.
I'd use my Nugget for home defense. It's long enough that I could just fix bayonet and stab my neighbor from my room anyway.
Also hearing would be okay because the muzzle is like 30 yards from your ears.
I wouldn't use a bolt gun for anything but target shooting or hunting unless I absolutely had to
Well I dunno, I wouldn't necessarily fell undergunned if all I had was my Lee-Enfield
Mick Dundee's rifle of choice, nuff said.

Yeah that's it, cover your tracks. They'll never suspect a thing.
So I'm thinking of grabbing this bad boy for Christmas for my Dad:
Sig Sauer P220 Match Elite

[img_thumb]http://www.sigsauer.com/upFiles/catalog/product/220-MatchElite-detail-L.jpg[/img_thumb]
Also might grab a P226 (Maybe the MK25 variant) for myself:

Thoughts?
You would be the best son ever.
P210 is best Sig
I would have to recommend a Sig 551-A1

I love SIG guns, would really like a P228, and I would never pass up a 550 series rifle
Well I dunno, I wouldn't necessarily fell undergunned if all I had was my Lee-Enfield
I would feel undergunned if I was fighting off a crew of attackers and all I had was a bolt gun. not so much with a pistol or semi-auto rifle
[editline]4th December 2012[/editline]
maybe if it were a straight pull or a lever gun I wouldn't feel so powerless but for the most part bolts are too slow to operate to be any real threat in the type of combat a civilian might encounter
Well obviously my first choice would be a semi-auto, but I can operate my Enfield surprisingly fast. I'd definitely feel undergunned if all I had was my Mauser or Mosin, but with the Enfield I don't think so.

You can meet me in Victoria park and preach to me.
People will probably think you're nuts but I'll be contently listening
