But I've always wanted to be labeled a racist gun-nut conservative because someone doesn't like my opinions :(
I know, I know. It's my dream as well... but we must wait for that honor.
the term "gun-nuts" is actually kind of ironic. They try to portray people who like guns as mentally unstable people, when mental health is actually at the core of all of these mass shootings. So in a sense they are actually propagating the notion of ridiculing those with mental health issues as idiots and degenerates, a notion which contributes to almost every mass shooting in the US (and possibly worldwide).
I know, I know. It's my dream as well... but we must wait for that honor.
Well apparently I hit the racist mark by saying that some black people aren't exemplary citizens. Some people.
School Shooting Anti-Gun Blowout soon fellow stalkers http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/chi-connecticut-school-shooting-20121214,0,4678476.story In other news, anyone have a cheaper source of 30-06? Ive found Bear ammo at 14 dollars for a box of 20.
Do you think these guys who are anti gun know that most weapons used are stolen... that Mall shooting a few days ago, a stolen gun. It's like blaming me if someone steals my car and runs someone down... ridiculous.
"The male had a 9mm and a Glock." Damn media, you dumb.

Do you have to be a certain age to buy a holster? Need to go and grab a Serpa for my dads 92FS later today cause he wont have time to get it after work.
Nah, Just go on amazon or something.
Nah, Just go on amazon or something.
Gotta go and get it from the store today, We're going hunting this weekend and the beretta is what I carry on my side as of right now and I wanted another serpa like I had with my airsoft USP.
Don't argue gun control with people in SH, not only are they extremely closed minded in their views, but they are typically very uninformed in what they're talking about. All of their experience with firearms comes from video games and wikipedia. You might as well be arguing with a brick wall. Do what I did and bail the fuck out of that thread.
I'm from SH. My only post in that article was: 'thread=derailed'
Anyone feeling that we might have an incoming AWB...?
Do you have to be a certain age to buy a holster?
Anyone feeling that we might have an incoming AWB...?
*shudder*
Oh boy. Gun ownership isn't getting any easier huh.
Good example of this is the recent knife attack in China. I guess the guy couldn't get his hands on a firearm so he used a knife instead, and ended up stabbing 22 children.
An Ice-pick, screwdriver, or hammer would have been excellent choices as well had the knife been unavailable. All equally effective for children decimation.
Anyone feeling that we might have an incoming AWB...?
"When it's time to hide them, it's time to use them"
Anyone feeling that we might have an incoming AWB...?
One might be proposed, but republicans still have majority in the house, so it won't get passed. Now that Obango doesn't have to worry about another re-election, now would be the time to propose a AWB.
Blaming the guns for a school shooting is like blaming the car in a drunk driving accident.
What scares me the most is Iraqveteran8888 said that there are plenty of gun owners (not all) who would give up their guns if the government told them too. he said people come into his gun shop all the time and ask to have a firearm registered in their name, then he has to explain to them that their is no registry. The misconceptions about guns rights in this country....
Anyone feeling that we might have an incoming AWB...?
Nope. Congress will never pass another AWB, especially after it was shown that the first AWB had zero effect. Every AWB renewal that has come to congress has been overwhelmingly shot down by never even making it to the committee.
One might be proposed, but republicans still have majority in the house, so it won't get passed. Now that Obango doesn't have to worry about another re-election, now would be the time to propose a AWB.
Exactly what I was thinking. But what about by executive order? And Mega or Seekins lower? Ordering my dream lower today while I still can :v:

Now that Obango doesn't have to worry about another re-election, now would be the time to propose a AWB.
However, with the Republican controlled house, there's still a slim chance he could get it through, and he might not have to go through an election, but that's not going to stop the public from electing senators/representatives that are against him.
Exactly what I was thinking. But what about by executive order? And Mega or Seekins lower? Ordering my dream lower today while I still can :v:
Might happen, but I doubt it. The first AWB had zero effect and I have a feeling that would be the main argument for not implementing a second one. Worst thing that comes of the recent shootings is more restrictions on purchasing firearms, perhaps mental health evaluations or something.
perhaps mental health evaluations or something.
I'm all for that, really. Edit: Goddamn, I'm sgt. quotebreak today.
I'd be for it, but it'd be tough to implement something like that. Who would pay for it? How much would it cost? How often do I have to get it? Would I have to carry a card saying that I'm sane? It'd be tough to implement it in a way that satisfies everybody.
*sees people claiming Obama wants to take away our guns *facepalms repeatedly
The only thing about requiring mental health evaluations in order to buy guns is that it could be constitutionally challenged.
However, with the Republican controlled house, there's still a slim chance he could get it through, and he might not have to go through an election, but that's not going to stop the public from electing senators/representatives that are against him.
Honestly, a lot of people think that it has a lot to do with Rebulicans having the majority, but it really doesn't. There have been just as many Rebulicans supporting renewal as there have been Democrats.
So. Does Canada have any bolt actions banned?
Yes, both of them are .50s, but there are other .50s that are legal.
