I'm about a 5, I really want to do an AK build similar to the shovel rifle that guy made, but if another AWB gets in the way of that I'm gonna be even more pissed.
On the other hand I pretty much saw this coming and snagged that Ruger before the price hikes and related bullshit popped up. You guys have probably heard of Cheaper Than Dirt by now. Safe to say I won't be buying anything from them ever again.

That said, I have heard a lot of things about people saying that it's gaining support. Then again, the reports that Romney was in the lead in the elections were wrong...

They also increased bulk ammo prices. You wanted 1000 rounds for $400? How about $899? Also whatd are the chances of banning high cap mags and taxing the hell out of ammo?
I hope there's a real organized effort to protest against this new AWB if it does come to a head. I don't intend to just sit at home grumbling about it like I do with the NFA, something has to give.

Its not about prices, its about how theres no complete CAI rifles, except for the one thats at 650$
J&G had them for 400-500
and I'm pretty sure my local shop doesn't have any anymore.

Gun shop worker here. We sold 600 Pmags today (every single one we had.). Between two of our distributors, we saw 70,000 Pmags sold overnight to different shops. We sold 70,000 rounds this week, and we cant get any 5.56 at all. It's been batshit crazy, AR's have been flying off the shelf too...
