It is an issue of firearm safety. When you don't observe firearm safety, then accidental discharges are a likely consequence. Issues with firearm safety tend to also double as legal issues in many cases. A mishandled gun is a scary thing and I do everything in my power to avoid it.
Anyway I don't want to shit up this thread with unnecessary weed arguments.

I don't think so, a lot of the measurements don't match between the two. the 03 was made off rough guesses of the dimensions of everything rather than from original blueprints

Got the mags from CTD before they got jacked to hell. Total was about $150 for 10 AK-74 mags and 3 Hi-Power mags.
