Speaking of CTD, are they usually slow when it comes to processing orders? I ordered a +2 extension for my 870 on the 16th and its still says ts being processed.
No they aren't, but with the panic buying they are practically over loaded with orders.

Woah, are you in the CHG? I go with them all the time in the same area.

Hopefully I will soon, I've only been in the group for 2-3 months now. Also, Trooper0315 what's the CHG? I'm a member of the 82nd Airborne Living History Association (82nd LHA).

California Historical Group, there's divisions for pretty much every nation and go out to places like Big Bear and Camp Roberts to do battles. I'm with the 2nd Armored myself, and yes, we actually have tanks.

It's going to be taking A LOT longer at the moment if you're ordering from any site that deals in firearms/accessories. Aim surplus is asking for up to 2 weeks for order processing atm. All the panic buying on top of Christmas present buying is overloading everything everywhere ever.

Buy the 10/22, no mag limit on rimfires, and 10/22s are impossible to find here right now.
Fuck, ninja'd while napping.

I went down to the range and one of the men there was completely baffled that I was able to get a 10/22 off the rack at Al Flaherty's just a few weeks ago.
to be honest I'd rather have a marlin or something that feeds from the receiver versus from the end of the tube
Eh. The Marlin seems to be like twice as much.
[editline]25th December 2012[/editline]
Well, Guess I'll just get yank 10/22 to baffle Kanucks.
Actually, can anyone tell me the name of that PPSH in 22lr?

not really a PPSH but it has the quasi appearance of one. PPS-50
Uhm. Anyone know if it's legal in Canada? I have no idea what is and what isn't besides that whole AK-47 and all variants debacle.
[editline]25th December 2012[/editline]
Wow fuck. MG34's are legal in canada :v:

I AM 19...
Merry Christmas, all!
I got 100rds of CBC 7.62x51, a brass tumbler, Band of Brothers on bluray, Dark Knight Rises on bluray and a new Turtle Beach gaming headset!

Hell fucking yes.. best Christmas ever. Despite selling the other Mosin, the local gunshop got in a 1936 Tula 91/30 and my dad got it for me for Christmas. He also found some Mosin accesories to go with it. Holy shit I can't wait to get to the range, already got all the Cosmoline off of it and everything.. it's ready to go.
Grips I made for my Dad, he's quite pleased with them:

I got my first rifle when I was 7 years old and I was able to start keeping it in my room at the age of 9 when I learned enough about firearms safety. If I was responsible enough to own a firearm then and he couldn't own a firearm at the age of 19, then he has a major malfunction.
Those are gorgeous. I wish I had any sort of woodworking skill that wasn't making the shittiest bookshelf you'd ever see
Anyone know where I can pick up a Schmidt-Rubin K-31, preferably in good condition? Thanks in advance.

They actually weren't that difficult to make, only took me 2 days because I had to be a workshop ninja about it. Could probably bang another pair out in just a few hours. Hardest part was getting the holes drilled but a jig would make that much easier.
What I want to do though is see about making some from this slab of granite I've got, never worked stone before so it'd be interesting.

Got a ton of reloading stuff (mainly Dillon, the stuff that is boxed up is dillon) for christmas
The 4 lowers I got not pictured.
What I did today with the family 870:
- Refurbished it by clearing surface rust
- Removed tube-plug (yay more than 2 round capacity)
- Went to range
- Mutilated shoulder with slugs
