http://www.jgsales.com/-p-4426.html prices are probably inflated, never looked at .45 ammo before.
That seems about right. Prices haven't really inflated at Walmart for Tulammo (or any other ammo really). 9mm Tulammo is around $10 a box, .45 is 13 or 14 if I remember right. Speaking of it, how much harder is steel cased/corrosive/whateveritis ammo on a gun? I've been told to advise people that, while Tulammo is cheaper, it's also much harder on their weapon.
Tula isn't really harder on it. Just very dirty. And you can't reload the steel cases.
Tula isn't really harder on it. Just very dirty. And you can't reload the steel cases.
Not true at all, and reloading steel is quite common, just not as common as brass. Also, pretty much all of the information regarding the downfalls of reloading steel cases is not true, such as re-sizing issues and damaging dies. The main thing with reloading steel are the primers. You will need berdan primers to reload steel. The only other thing that is different is casing life. Steel does not typically have the life span of brass because it doesn't expand as much, so you will be limited to the number of reloads on one case. Speaking of steel, if you want a laugh, bring steel .223 to Precision Firearms with an AR-15. Most of the lackeys that work there will "warn" you against shooting steel ammo because it will break your AR, lol.

Exactly. That's why I always say that ignorance is our worst enemy. To understand the point you're making you need at least some gun knowledge, knowledge that most anti-gun morons simply don't have. It has always baffled me how people ask for regulation and prohibitions of things they simply know nothing about. In fact, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DHMO.
"assault weapons" is a meaningless term used to scare soccer moms and those ignorant about guns into supporting measures they don't really understand. forgot to quote
Speaking of optics (which I'm assuming is a gun nut's word for perspective, spin, presentation, and bias), putting sarcastic quotation marks as well as "big, scary" before assault weapons obfuscates the fact that they're designed chiefly for war and explicitly for the purpose of killing people and that selling them to civilians is just to expand the manufacturer's market share and makes them sound like sperm whales or great danes or some innocent shit.

putting sarcastic quotation marks as well as "big, scary" before assault weapons obfuscates the fact that they're designed chiefly for war and explicitly for the purpose of killing people
I have a variant of a Colt Single Action Army A gun specifically designed for the military in 1872 to wage war in the frontier. Does that make it an assault weapon?

And I don't like Precision for the main fact that they're assholes. Every other range I've shot at lets you carry a properly holstered pistol Didn't know Precision was any different and walk in. "DID YOU READ THE BIG RED SIGN?!"

Every other range I've shot at lets you carry a properly holstered pistol Didn't know Precision was any different and walk in. "DID YOU READ THE BIG RED SIGN?!"
Yea, that pretty much sounds like Precision. I can't tell you the times I've been yelled at walking through door with an uncased rifle, and them screaming for me to open the bolt. Every time I've gone in the bolt is always open beforehand. They don't take the time to look, and just automatically assume it's not open. One of the times I was there they threatened to throw me out because I was holstering one of my pistols. The pistol had no magazine in it, and the slide was locked back. I even saw one of the nitwit workers there yell at a Federal Marshal for coming in with a holstered pistol. His badge was in clear display on his belt as well. It just seems like the only thing they pay attention to is what power they think they can assert.
Getting the Hardballer tomorrow afternoon It has been DECCIDDDDDDDDDEEEEDDDD

Ah yes. Because a rifle using a pistol round needs a muzzlebreak. Get your shit together Mossberg.
That mateba I posted about like 2 weeks ago sold for 5 grand. I can see my hopes and dreams crumbling before my very eyes :,(
Hello guys. I'll just leave this here: Remember, i'm always watching and violating trigger discipline. Now bye. (User was permabanned for this post ("Alt of perma'd user" - Orkel))
Ah yes. Because a rifle using a pistol round needs a muzzlebreak. Get your shit together Mossberg.
To be fair, it shoots 30-30, which is pretty sizable (compared to a pistol round or .223). Also, that's a flash hider, so it wouldn't be doing much muzzle breaking anyway.
Hello guys. I'll just leave this here: Remember, i'm always watching and violating trigger discipline. Now bye.
Ah yes gatta watch out for the oh so deadly 9x18 Why are you back
Ah yes gatta watch out for the oh so deadly 9x18 Why are you back
9x18 7H25 is actually deadly and banned almost everywhere because it's armor piercing.
Ah yes gatta watch out for the oh so deadly 9x18 Why are you back
Because he likes to troll, obviously.
FPS Russia: Making Firearm owners look bad since 2010
So far banned 9x18 types of ammo i know: 7H15 7H25 Wolf holloW points 9x18 PMM (special ammo for Makarov Modernized PMM) Also PMM is impossible to get in USA and anywhere because its banned as an armor piercing pistol which was designed to kill through walls and vests. Same applies to GSh-18 which passes 8mm's of steel. [IMG]http://izhevsk.club.guns.ru/images/pmm.jpg[/IMG] [editline]3rd January 2013[/editline] I would get my hands to this sweetie, but it's impossible to get. :(
PM>PMM
FPS Russia: Making Firearm owners look bad since 2010
I think I've said it before but I really don't mind him He's clearly just doing it for entertainment and his videos are kinda fun
FPS Russia: Making Firearm owners look bad since 2010
FPSRussia is a massive retard who shouldn't be allowed to handle firearms. I really hope he truly fucks up one day and realizes how stupid he is.
PM>PMM
PM is shit which is being produced since 1951. PMM is shit which is being produced since 1994 and has a titan made slide for more powerfull ammo. If you put 9x18 PMM to the PM, you will get it exploded.
It passes 8mm of steel? At what range? The PMM is actually legal where I live :v: But 5.7x28, 4.6x30 H&K and .224 Boz are the banned AP-calibers around here (and .50BMG )
I only get a large copyright notice there boy. The PMM is actually legal where I live :v: But 5.7x28, 4.6x30 H&K and .224 Boz are the banned AP-calibers around here (and .50BMG )
PMM is a military pistol which was never exported. Probably contrabanda not destroyed by police. [editline]3rd January 2013[/editline] 9x18 PMM is NOT INTERCHARCHABLE with normal 9x18.
Well, if you get the papers done on your side, I could buy it here :v:
I love those grips and the overall look of the pistol. I don't need no PMM rounds in my baby, I am just shooting pieces of paper.
Well, if you get the papers done on your side, I could buy it here :v:
There was 2 versions of makarov modernized since 1994 PMM-8, had 8 rounds in the magazine and normal slide made of steel. PMM-12, had 12 rounds in magazine and titan made square slide for special ammo to destroy personal body armour. Easily passes 6mm's of steel.
I can't think of any rounds listed in the CT AWB or on the Fed. level in the US that are banned as AP rounds... beside anything over .50 cal. Someone might know better, but I can't be bothered to give enough of a fuck to check.
