if you read the AAR on this, pretty much what happened was dumbass put the vehicle out of drive (he was already on it and switched to parking breaks or something). they couldn't move and as the lead vehicle none of the other vehicles moved. his people bailed, one of the dudes in his car died (you see them dead next to it), and the other vehicles got hit because of it. you can hear the people inside the filming vehicle get hit and say shit like "I GOT HIT BAD" and the driver of the recording vehicle actually died when they got hit (shot in the head)

Not to get too political, but President Clinton also signed an act into law (A bill, not an EO) that did similar things. The EO he signed went along with the law for the most part and simply gave which authority to which group as well as a few other things. An EO can't be used to make legislative actions, but to make bureaucratic changes, as it's intended and as he has the full power to do, so long as it doesn't conflict with legislative process.

If he wins, good thing, it'll make ATTs shall issue with no requirement for belonging to a gun range to get one, that and the CFO who loves to try and dictate legislation and who all the other CFOs follow like a puppy will be sent to jail, showing the anti-gun politicians and bureaucrats that if they push too far, they will have to answer to the law they so blatantly try to defy. If he loses then basically things will stay the same, and the CFO will just be angry at gun owners and validated in his position to openly oppose government legislation and defy the courts in every way he can by loosely interpreting things to be in his favour unless it is explicitly stated otherwise.
