doubt it, but hasn't it been ruled by the supreme court that something like an AWB would go against the second amendment, and be overturned? I vaguely remember hearing that, so don't quote me on it.
I really just wish he'd stop trampling on the constitution. People don't realize how big of an issue this really is... When he swore into office, he swore to uphold and defend the constitution, not defy it....
