Some fuck sold my dad a pmag on ebay and he titled the listing as "458 socom mag, one of a kind" and my dad bought it for 50$ thinking the follower was different or something. He sent my dad a new gen 2 pmag in 5.56... He's all down about it. I'm furious, ripped my father off.

Thinking about selling my AR (taking advantage of the current situation derp derp) and cashing in on a DS Arms FAL. Looking at [url=http://www.dsarms.com/SA58-FAL-Carbine-PARA-Rifle-308-Cal----SA5818CP-A/productinfo/SA5818CP-A/]this[/url] one in particular - planned on adding the RIS and scope mount to the order (maybe the carry handle as well) for optics and other doodads. For the AR I've got seven thirty rounders (three polymers / four STANAGs), two original Colt 20 rounders dating from the 60s, and one five rounder I used for hunting, as well as a couple hundred rounds of ammunition (mixed brands). I figured with the current market I could get close to what I need (or more, who knows). If I get close I could just pony up the difference, if I get what I need, sweet :v:
Thoughts?
I own the DSA SA58, and I'll tell you right now, that thing is heavy as a mother fucker.
AWESOME gun though.

Ebay should have some sort of buyer's protection in the case of listings being false/misleading or some such, no? Should contact support at least, I reckon there should be something you guys can do about this.
So the inevitable question, are there any nodak spud receivers left?

I've gotten to handle two examples of their rifles, and yeah they're pretty damned heavy. They were the 21 inch barrel models, not sure if that would make much of a difference versus an 18 inch. But the FAL is my all time favorite gun, and I've heard DSA is the best. Do you know of any other good FALs?

Sorry, but they actually don't.
It is against Ebay's terms of use to sell any magazine with a capacity of 11 rounds or more.
Unless he bought a 10 round magazine (which is impossible, since p-mags are only 20 and 30 to my knowledge) then he is SOL.

5.56 pmags will load 10 rounds of .458 socom
