The lower is the part you have to get through an FFL right? Do an FFL transfer through a gun dealer as required by most state laws for restricted weapons. People need a background check done before buying weapons. Don't sell it in a fucking parking lot. Not sure why you are selling it to begin with. Keep that shit.

Currently that is the law, the lower is the only thing regulated since it holds the firing pin and etc. Just curious about the imminent gun ban.
Threading and flash hider is another question. Do I need to go through any bullshit for that for an existing weapon that I own (My AK) or a future weapon I want? Flash hiders seem easy to find online. Just curious.
