Alright, so now that I know a little more about AR lowers, do you guys know of any good sites that sell just the lower, at a (preferably) low price?
They must have rejected some pretty nice parts, becuase my WASR is fantastic.
Not saying all of them are terrible it's just not a common occurrence to get a decent one.
Literally everybody is sold out of AR lowers. Keep an eye on AimSurplus.com, PalmettoStateArmory.com and sign up for notifications. If you are fast enough, you can buy one before assholes at sites like Arfcom buy 30 at a time and they're all gone.

Why bother spending all the time to find one from the other importer when you can just build a kit or get an arsenal?

I have an AK already. Next is another handgun or an AR.

Er, I was talking about the idea of getting a WASR in general. Not your situation.

Getting an AR lower right now? haha gl hf
>Went to local shop with dad to find something to put on lay-away until tax returns
>Hardly anything is there, shitty Taurus pistols, old surplus rifles in ammo that are less then desirable, and meh ak's and ar's, 1 SKS, 2 mossberg 500s, basically cleaned out. (Not even any mosins, of ANY kind.)
>Go to where the mosins used to be, look at all the old .22lr rifles
>Suddenly my dick spots a Marlin 60 for cheap
And Boom.

Already cleaned and lubed.
Okay, the Chief Firearms Office of Ontario is currently:
Being charged for defying a court order and
Being sued for changing Authorization to Transport order paperwork's wording to make it more restrictive (and rumour is this was by orders of the "civil liberties and freedoms are an American thing" Attorney General, John Gerretsen)
Basically, the CFO is being sued for overstepping his mandate, and if both of these challenges win, ATTs will be shall-issue to basically anywhere within the province, and if the charges for defying a court order stick, he can lose his job and get sent to jail. The problem there is that the anti-gun Premier Dalton, or whichever incompetent replaces him as leader of the Liberals, could appoint an even more anti-gun CFO. The thing there is with precedent already set, he couldn't do any of the things the current CFO is, and with how much the current CFO is being sued, anyone worse will be sued even more for being a dick to gun owners.

Competition, had a Bulgarian Makarov and I traded it for 200$ off the 600$ ruger
I like the pistol n' all, but I want a nice 9mm pistol.
Due to the mod Fistful of Frags, a friend of mine has become obsessed with old western guns. That got me looking around at reproduction BP revolvers. I know I shouldn't, but this is, for some reason, somewhat tempting to get:

I have a pietta New Model Army, and it is a pretty nice BP for the price, shoots well and wickedly easy to take down. I would suggest you get one as they take down far easier than Colt Navies, also, Colt Navies, at least in my experience, have smaller grips than a New Model Army. Add to that the easy conversion to shooting cartridges... can't go wrong with the Remington New Model Army. I'd say this is the same as the one I got, http://www.marstar.ca/dynamic/product.jsp?productid=76212, just understand they take some extra cleaning and I would suggest a... fuck I can't think of the name... will amend post when I take a look at what I have in my safe. I was having problems with surface rust and the dehumidifier thingy I got has cleared that all up.
very funny...

I've got like 5 pounds of silica gel, so rust is no problem. I was looking at the Navy due to the fact that I know it, I don't know about any of the Remington revolvers, but I know about the Navy, and I love the look of it.
